Good! Engineering in Legion like the rest of the professions has been modified in many aspects although I must admit that it comes more fun than ever. In this guide we show you all the news about Engineering in Legion and how to complete the profession with all the schemes.
Legion Engineering
The maximum level of Engineering in Legion is 800. As it happens in Draenor, from profession level 1 we can make Legion things until reaching level 800 without having to return to the content of past expansions, although some of the new recipes They will ask us for a minimum level of skill to be able to be manufactured.
New interface and rank system
All professions have received a facelift by implementing a new, more intuitive and efficient interface.
With the new interface we have classified the recipes by expansions and type. We also have 2 tabs: Learned and Not learned. In the Unlearn tab we can see all the recipes that we are missing and their origin.
We also have the filter to classify the list to our liking and a search engine to find what we need more quickly.
Additionally, Engineering recipes in Legion have a 3-star indication to their right. This corresponds to the ranges.
We will learn most of the recipes by performing missions, and we will obtain them from rank 1. Later, we will obtain those of rank 2 and 3 in specific vendors, dungeons, missions, etc. Upgrading a recipe will cost us less materials to produce that item and will allow us to continue raising Engineering in Legion.
When it comes to Engineering specifically in Legion, only head slot recipes, combat tools, and some gadgets will have ranks, making it easier for us to get all recipes than in other professions. On the contrary, and as usual, to upload Engineering in Legion we will need all kinds of materials, some not easy to get. We will even have our Reaves particular to which we can add modules and teach you to do almost everything!

Getting the Engineering recipes in Legion
In Legion we are going to find three types of recipes; the recipes of rank 1, those of rank 2 and those of rank 3. To learn those of rank 3 it is necessary to know those of rank 2, and to learn those of rank 2 it is necessary to know those of rank 1.
Most of the recipes of rank 1 and 2 will be obtained by performing the Engineering mission chain. The rest of the recipes can be bought from the Engineering instructors in Legion and by completing some world missions, heroic dungeons, world bosses, secondary professions and reputations.
Special recipes that we are missing
- Schematic: Wormhole GeneratorIt will be sold to us by Hobart Hammerhammer in Dalaran.
- Scheme: «La Viliquia» : This recipe is loot from [Sael'orn] o [Fel Lord Betrug] dungeon bosses Violet Bastion.
- Schematic: choquinator: World loot, you can get it from:
- Leystone Buoy: Loot of the Broken Isles, its provenance is not yet known.
- Mechalink marking matrix: Seller Xur'ios in Dalaran.
Missing Recipes from Rank 2

So far the Engineering guide in Legion, I hope it has helped you and if you find a recipe that I have escaped, do not hesitate to leave it in the comments as you will be helping other users.
Greetings, Anänyx
Hello good day !! Such a simple and cool question, why do you make guides for a game that has not yet come out?
To be… Ready!: P
Good!
I don't know if this message will be read as the guide has been around for some time. I wanted to ask how the Reaves is used, I know it is a robot, which is invoked with the vile slate based batteries but my question is what about the modules. For example, the feast, to create a feast I have to gather all the materials each time? Or is it something that you create and then you can choose with which active module to invoke?
Excuse the ignorance but I do not understand very well the operating system of the happy robot.
Thanks in advance.
I'm sorry to tell you, Mark, that you have to gather the supplies every time you want Reaves to go into snack delivery mode.
Thank you very much Ana, and isn't it a bit too expensive? What advantage do I get from summoning Reaves with a repair module if the hammer is cheaper in materials? I need 5 hammers to make the module. It seems to me that they have been primed a bit with the issue of cost in engineering and I have really seen few useful things on the list. Don't you think?
