Achievement Guide: All About Tabards

Tabards are those pieces of clothing that we can wear to show our support for the factions and reputations of the game, they can also be the reward for a difficult job and demonstrate our feat to everyone. Although it is true that if it were not for their reputation, most of the time we would not use them at all, leaving them abandoned.

In this guide we are going to make a list with all the tabards that we can find in the game, ordering them in the simplest way to find them and complete the achievements that they give us.

Luck!

Before running out to look for them, we are going to see some things you should know. For tabards to count, it is not only useful to buy or get them but we must equip them. Once equipped and that it has counted towards the achievement you can delete it, destroy it or sell it.

In this guide I do not include the tabards that were from specific events and that can no longer be obtained, nor those that are obtained through the cards, since not all players can obtain them.

City tabards

All of these tabards continue to be sold on the Tournament Grounds north of Icecrown by the mayors of the various cities, in the tents of each faction. But with the arrival of Cataclysm, mayors appeared in each city who sell their own tabards and some other things, I indicate the seller next to each tabard so that you can find it more easily.

From Burning Crusade

To get these tabards you must get exalted with each of these reputations. All these tabards, in addition to finding them in the mayors of each of the factions, you can also buy them in the tabard sellers that you will find in the main cities.

From Wrath of the Lich King

These tabards you can buy once you are friendly with their corresponding factions, easy. Although this time to get them you will have to go find their respective mayors. They will also help you to increase your reputation with them by making level 80 dungeons with the tabard equipped.

The next two tabards can only be obtained when you are exalted with both factions. The quartermasters can be found on the Icecrown Tournament Grounds, in the Alliance or Horde stores respectively.

By Cataclysm

As with the first tabards that we noted about Wrath's reputation, these tabards can be purchased once you are friendly with their features. You must go find their mayors. They will also help us to raise our reputation with them by making level 85 dungeons with the tabard equipped.

Tabard of the Lightbringer

I put this tabard in a separate section, because for this good one you need a guide. I have not got this tabard and the steps to take I have been collecting comments, so we can improve it together.

Tabard of the Lightbringer

It is an epic tabard that binds when equipping. The symbol it displays is understood to be that of the Knights of the Silver Hand, the order of Paladins that was led by Uther the Lightbringer.

The tabard in question is the reward of the quest The Redemption of the Enlightened One. This quest is completed by delivering Uther the Lightbringer, inside Icecrown Citadel, the Badge of the Silver Hand. This small badge is found on a chest, a sealed chest what will the Highlord Darion Mograine upon completing the mission Personal property.

So far so good, but the problem comes when we want to get the chest sealed. Here we get into a bit of speculation.

To get the chest we must get the Shadow Agony (we started well). Then we will go to kill Arthas in 10 player mode and then in 25 normal mode.
It is certain that the chest can only be stripped in 25 normal, although I do not understand very well why it is necessary to do it first in 10.
That's when we'll get the chest.
It is certain that the Agony will only grant us a chest, only once, only, but I still have not been able to understand if it gives it to the person who has the Agony or if carrying someone who has it in the band allows the chest to be raffle.
And after all these adventures we will obtain this fantastic tabard that will illuminate us in times of need.

Finally, and without a doubt, my favorite (although it does not count towards the achievement and out of the classification): Without tabard

Any kind of clarification, errata correction, contribution, idea or experience will be of great help to everyone, you can tell me in the comments.

Any ideas for the next achievement guide?
