Upon reaching alchemy level 325 (and having at least level 68) you will be able to start a quest to learn one of the three specializations. Potions, Elixirs or Transmutations.
If you are wondering what specialization is for, these allow you to create between 1 and 4 more when making Potions, Elixirs or Transmutations, depending on the chosen specialization. All at the cost of a single prescription.
Both the Elixirs and Potions specializations need items that we will find in dungeons, which can be difficult if we are at a tight level.

What specialization is better when one is already full and why? does anyone know?
