Elegon history
Dedicated to the advancement of their empire, the Mogu reclaimed and recycled Titan technology to generate unspeakable energy deep within this ancient complex. The reason why this energy was concentrated in the cold will of a celestial dragon is a mystery hidden at the heart of these chambers.
ABILITIES
Energy VortexAn active Energy Vortex transforms any player or creature standing on it, causing them to taste a small portion of the Titans' true power.
Touch of the Titans: Contact with the energy vortex gives the target a celestial form and increases all damage dealt and healing received by 50%.
Overload: The Energy Vortex periodically deals Overcharged players an additional 5% damage. This effect stacks.
Phase One: Defensive ModeElegon activates the Energy Vortex, attacks with Heavenly Breath, and summons Heavenly Protectors to help defend the Engine of Nalak'sha. Phase 1 ends when Elegon's health reaches 85% or 50%.
Heavenly Breath: Elegon's breath deals Arcane damage every half second (for one and a half seconds) to players in a 60 degree cone that is 100 meters long.
Materialize Protector: When Elegon has more than 50% health remaining, he summons a Celestial Protector that attacks players.
Celestial Protector: Creation of pure energy that is the primary defense of the Nalak'sha Engine.
In phase: The Celestial Protector exists in a state of coherent flow thanks to the immense power of the Energy Vortex. As long as the protector has more than 25% health and is outside the Energy Vortex, players will deal 90% less damage to it.
Arc of Energy: The Celestial Protector deals Arcane damage to two random players and applies Closed Circuit to each target.
Closed circuit: After being hit by the Arc of Energy, Closed Circuit reduces the target's healing received by 50% for 20 seconds.
Stability Flow: When his health reaches 25%, the Celestial Protector begins to vibrate with energy, periodically dealing Arcane damage to all players.
Total Annihilation: Celestial Protectors explode when near death, dealing Arcane damage to all players.

The creation process permanently weakens your physical form. Phase 2 ends when an Energy Charge leaves the Energy Vortex.
Power Extraction: Elegon attempts to re-ignite Nalak'sha's Engine by creating 6 Energy Charges from his own body, permanently increasing all damage taken by 10%. This effect stacks.
Energy Charge: A fragment of Elegon himself, the Energy Charge contains enough arcane energy to reactivate the Engine of Nalak'sha.
High Energy: Each time he casts Power Draw, Energy Charge gains an additional 70% movement speed. This effect stacks.
Download: When Energy Charge's health reaches zero, it explodes, dealing Arcane damage to all players.
Phase Three: Stable Power AbsorptionElegon has reactivated Nalak'sha's Engine, deactivated the Energy Vortex, and Activated all Empyrean Foci. Elegon protects itself from all damage. Phase 3 ends when players destroy all Empyrean Foci.
Empyrean Focus: The spotlights are activated whenever Nalak'sha's Engine begins to run, discharging power to the surrounding platform. Damaging all 6 Empyrean Foci temporarily disables Nalak'sha's Engine.
Power Conduit: The Empyrean Focus discharges the excess energy, dealing Arcane damage to all players who touch the energy conduit every half second.
Overloaded: When Empyrean Focus' health reaches zero, it deactivates and returns excess energy to Elegon, increasing his damage dealt and his spell casting speed by 20%. This effect stacks.
Linked Spotlights: Empyrean Focus will not deactivate until it and the focus it is linked to reach zero health
Unstable Energy Elegon periodically deals Arcane damage to all players.
Energy Cascade: Elegon launches a sphere of Titan plasma at a random player's location, dealing Arcane damage on impact against players within 5 meters and creating a Cosmic Spark.
