Sanguino - Normal and Heroic Guide

Welcome to the combat guide against Sanguino, XNUMXth Boss of the Hellfire Citadel gang.

Encounter Lore

Sanguino devours the spirits of players who would otherwise have suffered lethal damage. Once consumed, players move into Sanguino's stomach, filled with hostile trapped souls trying to escape to the outside world to attack the gang. While in Sanguino's stomach, players can damage these souls to weaken or defeat them before they manage to escape.

Each liberated or dead soul reduces Sanguino's energy. When his energy reaches zero, he initiates a Feast of Souls that recharges him to renew his attack.

Devour souls

Bloodbound Essence

Strategy

In the match against Sanguino it is very important to maintain range throughout the match to avoid excessive damage from Emerging shadows, so that before starting the fight each one of us will take a position and try to maintain it until the end.

The ideal way is to form a fan, leaving the central area for the healers and the entire band at rank 5 occupying the entire room.

At the beginning of the Sanguino encounter, he will have all his energy and he will spend it by making use of his abilities, let's see how to handle each of them while we are in the outer room:

  • Accumulation of darkness, Sanguino will only use this attack if it does not detect anyone melee, it seems obvious but just in case we emphasize it 🙂

When Sanguino consumes his energy bar, he will change phase and make use of his ability. Feast of Souls.
