Silverfish Mines PvP Guides Battleground

Stand firm, gladiators! Today we bring you a PvP guide to the Silverleaf Mines battlefield along with tips and tactics to increase our chances of victory. Let's go to the battlefield!

Silverleaf Mines to Victory

Silverleaf Mines is a battlefield that was added to early Pandaria. This battlefield has a game mode that tries to capture the wagons and keep them until the end of the journey to accumulate resources.

Basic mechanics

The battlefield begins, like all other maps, with both factions divided. In this case, both factions are trapped inside "rooms."

Once the boards that imprison the players have fallen, they will have to run towards the different wagons that have left the central zone and that will go to the following places: the shorter route «Lava»; the medium route "Water" and the long route "Earth". We also have a rear base that will work in the same way as the others but that is normally used when a team is at a disadvantage and you need to extend the enemy's delivery time. In this battlefield, players will have to constantly deliver the wagons until they accumulate the maximum. The wagons give us 100 points for each one we deliver. The game ends when 1500 resources are reached.

Finally, and as a tactical "addition", the map has a "respawn" of consumables that will grant us different benefits, as well as more damage or health regeneration.

Tips and tactics we can carry out

Although normally in a normal Battlefield there is usually no communication, we can use these tips and tactics for the scored or, simply, to guarantee that you have not made mistakes during the game.

Tips

  • At the start of the game, the wagons that will go to Lava and Water will have already advanced while Earth will appear the moment the doors open.
  • In this battlefield a tank is not required for combat.
  • To capture the wagons, there must be at least one player within the capture area. This will be captured in the time in which we remain within the area.
  • Wagons cannot be captured within the Stealth.
  • The capture of the wagons stops when the same number of enemy players are found within the area.
  • For this game mode, the continuous delivery of wagons is quite crucial for victory.
  • When we capture a wagon, a dps will stay defending it and alert the team when more people are needed to defend it. It is important that they defend the same number of players as the attackers so as not to lose damage on other carts.
  • If we lose a wagon, we will attack another in such a way that we always try to have two bases conquered. In this case, if they capture Lava, we will attack Water and send two dps to attack Earth (two or more depending on the number of defenders).
  • From the beginning of the game, the map buffs will already be ready for those who want to take them. In this case, those who go from Earth to Water or Lava, can go through the scaffolding to collect the power-up.
  • Capturing wagons awards 100 points to the marker.
  • For every two seconds that we have a conquered wagon, we will obtain a point that will be added to the total score. The more wagons we have conquered, the more points we will get.
  • Unlike other maps, player deaths will not award points.
  • The score on the marker is frozen when one of the factions has no captured wagons.
  • Neutral delivery of the wagons will not award points to either faction.
  • Rogues and Druids are really useful for attacking wagons on this battlefield.
  • In this map it is necessary to regroup with the team if we want to attack any of the wagons.
  • In this battlefield we will attack the wagons that are about to be captured.
  • If the enemy's damage exceeds ours and we lose the wagon, and unlike other maps, we will attack the same wagon again unless there is another wagon closer to the capture.
  • If in this case it is our damage that exceeds that of the enemy, the best tactic will be to constantly catch Lava while the invisible ones and some other dps and healer keep defending each other Earth and Water since the fastest wagon is Lava.
  • We must be attentive to the markers that change the direction of the wagons. They will not mess it up!
  • Whenever our team is regrouped and we are going to attack a wagon, what we must do is always fight within the capture area. The trick is not to clean up the enemy, it is to capture the wagon by majority.
  • Never leave a wagon alone. It is not recommended since an invisible one may come and catch it without you noticing.
  • In case the wagon gets caught in Water or Land, the best thing in this case is to ask someone for help to give you a hand, priority to those closest to you. If your damage exceeds that of the enemy, you will have no problem recovering it and you will not have to force any of your team to regroup and waste time.
  • The focus will always have to be done by a melee player since it is much easier for the sorcerers to change targets than these.
  • In the case of having two captured wagons, we will defend them at all costs while some invisible or other dps attacks the remaining base.
  • A healer can never stay defending.

Tactic

When the gates that imprison the players will open, a dps and healer will head to Water; an invisible one (if possible) will head to Earth and the rest of the team will attack Lava. If the heal in Lava isn't enough, the remaining healer must move quickly. Be on the lookout!

If the healer must retreat from Agua and you cannot conquer it because you are outnumbered or in damage, you will go to Lava unless the invisible on Earth needs your help. If it is the invisible in this case who cannot obtain Earth by majority, Water will go down to assist (unless one of the enemy Water attackers is following you, at which point you will use invisible, you will inform the dps that is in Water and you will go up to Earth again to try to conquer it.

The tactics for this map are quite simple since all we have to do is constantly capture Lava and have two or three players help each other to conquer Water and Earth. If Lava is lost, we fight in Water and so on throughout the game.

The dps is important but it is also important to endure within the area being the majority. Try to slow down enemies, stun them, or throw them out of the combat area if you see the cart's capture bar descending.

One of the things we can do to buy more time is that if we see that we do not get help on Earth and we constantly lose it, you sneak up to the route changer that is halfway to Earth. In the opposite case that the team loses Lava and you are attacking another place and there is no way to obtain it, is to change the course of this as it happened with Earth.

It is very easy for the enemy to realize that someone is changing course but it is quite difficult to notice once it has already been changed. Until the wagon is seen climbing and has taken the route change ... I doubt they will notice!

And so far this little guide to the Silverplate Mines battlefield. As you can see, battlefields need a lot of communication to ensure victory. For that reason, we have given you some tips so that you can increase the probability of victory as long as you do not have a voice chat. I've learned these tips from my PvP guild who have shown me that with communication and learning, great compositions can be made.

And so far this little guide to the Silverleaf Mines battlefield! We hope that this information has been very useful to you and that, above all, you learn that the most important thing in this battlefield is the central attack and the bases defended. Even so, I do not know that other tactics can be useful for this battlefield and we want to invite you to explain them in the comments of this article. What other mechanics have you tried? I will edit the article and add those that you have exposed us by mentioning you!

See you within the walls of combat and victory!
