                • New raid and PvP skins have been added and can be acquired through daily quests for Lightning Steel Ingots.
                • Veteran Blacksmiths will be able to find a way to craft Lightning Steel Ingots once their kingdom has unlocked The Forges of Thunder on the Isle of Thunder. These ingots will allow blacksmiths to recreate powerful weapons from the past, updated for Mists of Pandaria. These powerful weapons will bind when you equip them and it will take a lot of dedication to craft them.
                • For blacksmiths who have abandoned their trade (ie: who have not practiced blacksmithing since Burning Crusade) there is a way (although perhaps not the most economical) to get up to speed. Blacksmiths at each faction's shrine in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms can teach you designs to create common household items with Ghost Iron.

                • Players with a high level of fishing skill have a chance to catch new pets. The Pet Diary contains clues to where to find these elusive pets.

                • Ben Booming Voice, located near El Mercado del Alcor, will inform players about the "Fish of the Day" and mark the location on the map.
              • Jewelry
                • Jewelers will be able to find the Dragon Heart designs and uncut primal diamonds during their adventures (World Objects).
                • Dragon Heart has a daily cooldown and consumes multiple Serpent Eyes to create a Random Quality Random Pandaren Gem. Also, there is a small chance that the player will discover the design of the Sapphire Cub or Jade Owl.
                • Designing for uncut primal diamonds requires spirits of harmony and large quantities of unusual gemstones.
              • Leatherworking
                • The patterns for Leather Magnificence and Scale Magnificence can be found as World Items. These patterns allow the furrier to create magnificent hides more economically and share in daily cooldown. In addition to creating great hides, the leatherworker will learn a new 5.2 or PvP raid pattern.
                • A new 36-slot Leather Bag (Magnificent Hide Satchel) can now be crafted with Leatherworking.
              • Tailoring
                • New raid and PvP patterns have been added, and tailors can acquire these new patterns with the Imperial Silk daily cooldown.
