Due to the enormous amount of messages from the players and after internal discussions in the team, Blizzard has decided to return the Exalted title to its previous state since until a few days ago, it had been changed so that you could only get it after reaching 50 reputations. at Exalted level, instead of the 40 previously required.

We have taken your messages and views constructive, and after discussing the change for a while with the designers, the decision has been to move the title "The Exalted" to the point where it requires 40 Exalted-level reputations. We are going to try this change with a live fix, but we are not sure right now that it can be applied this way. A patch may be necessary. (We will let you know if it is).
Achievements of 45 and 50 Exalted Reputations will continue to exist, but for now they will yield nothing more than achievement points. Since some have asked why the title is not sponsored like the titles of "The Cultural Master" or "The Explorer", they work with a different mechanic. There are no current ways that allow us to give a title for one achievement and then move the title to a different achievement and allow people to keep them. However, we are working to develop this technology that allows players to keep items or titles associated with achievements even if we decide to change the criteria.
