- Will the reputation of the brotherhood be transferred?
- Yes. The guild's reputation is transferred during the process. The Guild Master and any player who accompanies the guild on the switch will maintain their reputation. However, if they leave the old guild before initiating the change, their reputation will be lost after 30 days. If they join a different guild their reputation will be removed as usual.
- Will bank records and event records be kept?
- No. These records will be deleted.
- Will the guild's rank structure be maintained?
- No. The structure will have to be redone after the change.
- Is there any waiting time before I can perform a service again?
- Yes. You have to wait 30 days before you can perform the same guild service again.
- What happens to the guild members if the Master acquires a faction and kingdom change simultaneously?
- Guild members will be notified via in-game mail. It is very important that the realm transfer of guild members is not done until after the guild has been transferred to ensure that reputation is not lost. Once the brotherhood member is in the destination realm, they can perform the Faction Change and be invited to the brotherhood.
- Can I transfer my character to a different account during this process?
- If you are making a transfer following a guild, switching your account character will lose your reputation with the guild.
- Do free character migrations work when using the Guild Transfer service?
- It is not possible since they are two completely independent processes.
- Will I need an Authenticator to use these guild services?
- Guild Master's World of Warcraft account must be protected by a Battle.net Authenticator or Battle.net Mobile Authenticator that has been active on his account for at least seven (7) days (counting from the Master's first connection guild to game using the Authenticator). If you only want to make a name change, you do not need an Authenticator. This requirement only applies to the Guild Master. Guild members will be able to complete the steps without the Authenticator.
- I have just been appointed Guild Master and already had an Authenticator active for more than 7 days. Can I do the realm or faction change now?
- You need to be the Guild Leader for at least 7 days before you can request these services.
- I have purchased a guild service by mistake, can I request a refund?
- We will not offer any returns or reverse any changes in relation to a mistake by the player during the purchase of a guild service.
