Changes planned for patch 3.2

Increase planned changes for patch 3.2 currently installed in the Public Test Realms (PTR).

Known bug in "proc"

In the current version of the RPP, there is a bug with the "proc" code that causes it to work strangely. You will probably see errors in the PTR with anything related to procs. This includes talents like the Art of War, etc.

There is a bug unrelated to Burning Defender, which makes Protection Paladins tougher and tougher as their health drops to zero, to the point of being literally impossible to kill… although Chaos Bolt may work.

Take any balance problems in the current version with tweezers. We will try to have a new trial version soon®.

Engineering changes

Here are some additional changes coming in patch 3.2 that are not yet in the PTR patch notes:

-Using engineering bombs should no longer knock out any druids in any druid form.

-Engineers will now be able to switch between Gnomish Engineering and Goblin Engineering for a small price.

Based on feedback we've received on certain items and schematics, we've made a number of additional changes that we'd like to share with you. Keep in mind, as we have said before, that this information is subject to change during the testing phase of patch 3.2.

-World Amplifier: The cooldown is now 15 minutes instead of 1 hour.

-Disc of Mental Amplification: A passive bonus of 45 Stamina has been added.

Nitro Boosts: Passive bonus is now 24 Critical Strike Rating.

-Shatter Belt: The cooldown is now 6 minutes instead of 10.

Headless Horseman mount instant cast

Actually, although the cast time is listed as instantaneous due to technical limitations, the cast time for this mount will vary depending on which conditions:

-If you are in Azeroth, or in areas where flying is not allowed (such as Dalaran or Conquest for example), the casting time will be 1,5 seconds (land mount)

-In any area where you can fly, the launch time will be 3 seconds.

Also, although you haven't named it around here, the crusader hit mana cost reduction is due to the change to it in the PTR, which now has a 4 second cooldown.
