The Tier 10 is going to undergo some changes to give more armor to the Tanks ... but not everything was going to be gifts. They will remove some defensive stats (parry, block, and dodge) to make up for this gift. The change, mainly, has been made because many Tanks (after calculations and calculations) realized that what really mattered was the armor and certain manufactured parts would be a better option than Tier 10 itself.

We recognize that many plating tanks are making their gear choices, based on the amount of armor they grant as this is currently the preferred attribute. To make Plate Tier 10 more desirable, we're adjusting the stats for Gloves and Chestpiece to inflate the amount of armor they'll grant in the next minor patch. This applies to all Death Knight, Warrior, and Paladin Tier 10 Gloves and Chestpiece item levels.
Similar items crafted or purchased with Emblems of Frost will still be great, but not as good as Heroic Difficulty encounters. But you shouldn't worry too much if you've recently bought or crafted any of these items.
Different items will lose different defensive attributes (parry, dodge, defense, etc.) to compensate for the added armor bonus.
Considering that the equipment that the Druids can buy, they have also raised their voices but, no, they will not be "graced" with this change although they may change it. Although for now, it is an exclusive change for the plates.
