Ulduar continues to receive "adjustments" in its difficulty to make it more accessible to players. These changes have been made soon or will be done with the next maintenance.
Ulduar changes
All of the changes mentioned below have been applied before or will be applied very soon, with the exception of the adjustments to Hodir's hard mode that will be applied after this week's maintenance window.
Hard Mode Settings (Normal [10] / Heroic [25] Mode)
XA-002 screwdriver
- The total health of the Heart of the Screwdriver has been reduced (10/25)
Iron Assembly
- Overwhelming Power duration increased to 30 seconds.
- The amount of healing that Steelbreaker heals with ÜberCharge is reduced to 20% of maximum health total.
hodir
- Hodir's Hard Mode timer is increased from 2 to 3 minutes. This "hotfix" will be applied during this week's maintenance window.
General encounter settings
auriya
- The number of Sentry Guardians has been reduced from 25 to 10. To compensate, the damage of the swarm has been slightly increased.
- The range of the Wild Pounce spell has been decreased.
- Damage of the Wild Pounce spell has been decreased.
Thorim
- The Iron Ring Guard's Spinning Journey ability should now only hit the tank.
Freya
- Stonebark Ancestor's Petrified Bark ability will no longer destroy those in close combat.
Adjustments to filler monsters
- The first group of monsters has been removed from the Conservatory.
- General Vezax's monsters have received further adjustments.
- Sappers will do much less damage when they explode. They might laugh like the Predator when they start their self-destruct sequence.
