With the latest update of the Patch 12539 of the Cataclysm Beta, they have updated the model of the Worgen Machos to give them a touch ... well, you better see for yourself.
As you can see, the main thing that has changed is the face that is much fiercer. On the other hand, they have added some "hair" effects to the Worgen that can now sport a beard.
Although I understand the main reason why they have made the change, I did not quite like it at all ... I liked more how big the wolves looked.
