Cataclysm: Result of the draw on Facebook and… lore's contest

You may be thinking that it may be a bit late to announce the winners but the truth is that we announced them last night just after the draw in Facebook. The winners have been:

  • Rafa del valle
  • Sandra diago

Congratulations to the winners! They already have their beta keys active and working as I understand it.

Some asked us how we did the draws and… well, we did it as usual. Each participant is assigned a number and, through the random.org page, we generate a random number that tells us who the winner is. Easy right?

As promised, we bring a new contest. This time we have 10 beta keys up for grabs, so read the contest rules carefully.

Lore Contest

In this contest we will test your knowledge of the history of World of Warcraft. On Saturday July 31st we will publish an article on the web at 22:00 pm peninsular time… with a question! The first to correctly answer that question will get a beta key.

Ok… Bel… and the other 9?

It's simple. As soon as we see that someone answers correctly, we will update the article including one more question ... and so on until reaching a total of 10 questions and 10 distributed beta keys.

Questions must be answered in the comments of the article itself.

Names in English will not be considered valid.

We know that wowwiki will be the most used tool, but we must indicate that all questions have their answer in GuíasWoW. We would never put something you haven't been able to read here.

If the answer is a proper or similar name and is spelled incorrectly, eg Wrinn or Wryn or Wrin, the validity of the answer will be decided by the team. Please try not to make a mistake.

Once we have a valid winner, we will put it in the comments. If you see that you have not answered a question in time, try not to spam the comments with answers to questions that have already been closed.

It is convenient to note several things:

  • One person can only win one beta key.
  • Writing several comments with several users but the same IP will lead to disqualification from the contest.
  • Users must comment with an email valid since the key will be sent directly to those emails.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask them in the comments.

Note: As we have been noticing some nervousness in the comments and in the minichat we want to tell you not to worry if you do not win this time, there are more contests.
