At the moment in the Beta there are no new hairstyles for the new breeds. In my personal opinion, I don't think they put them up for Cataclysm.

As a veteran player, I have (maybe too many) alters of which are some low levels. With all the history of cataclism I ask myself the same question over and over again, are the initial missions going to change? Is it worth continuing with those long chains of missions in the intermediate nvls that send you from here to there or as soon as the expansion arrives, will we have a much easier system of leveling by zone? (just like in TBC or WotLK)
Of course! Perhaps one of the best changes Cataclysm has and is the complete redesign of the starting areas. Each Race has its own missions that are tailored to the new Cataclysm story.
On the subject of the long chains that send you back and forth, I can't even tell you if they have been removed in the zones, but I'm sure they have tried to avoid it as much as possible. One of the goals of Cataclysm is for the quest flow to function properly just like Northrend or Outland which have a "contained" quest flow.

Right now you can see the WoW Classic login screen but I would bet all the goblin gold that this will change in future versions of the Beta or with the final release of the game.

Like everything in the Beta, this may change but they already said that the only intention in this regard is to add more polygons to the old races to make them look better. We'll see if they look as good as the new Worgen and Goblins!
