New adjustments to classes with weekly maintenance

CLASS SETTINGS

After the first week of Mythic Keystone Dungeons and Raids, new class adjustments arrive with Weekly Maintenance. During this week we have been able to test our classes and we already have an overview of the balance; Blizzard also has its impressions and of course the feedback from many players with what it has planned for this weekly maintenance new adjustments in the classes.

New adjustments to classes

All class changes will take effect during the next weekly maintenance period scheduled for each region. 

Death Knight

  • Frost
    • Remorseless Winter's damage increased by 50%.
    • Raze damage increased by 19%.
    • Frost Strike damage increased by 12%.
    • Howling Blast damage increased by 10%.
    • Frost Scythe (Talent) damage increased by 13%.
    • Frozen Pulse (Talent) damage increased by 11%.
    • Sindragosa's Breath (Talent) damage increased by 17%.

Demon Hunter

  • Devastation
    • The damage bonus from Fel Mastery (Talent) to Fel Charge has been reduced to 30%.
    • Sangria (Talent) now causes 100% of Throw Glaive's starting year.
    • Fury of the Illidari (Artifact ability) damage reduced by 20%.
    • The damage bonus from Balanced Blades (artifact trait) to Blade Dance has been reduced to 3% per target.
  • Revenge
    • Mastery now grants 50% less damage reduction per point.
    • Demon Spikes damage reduction increased to 20%.
      • Note: When Vengeance Demon Hunters were determined to go for Mastery, they could achieve too high levels of Physical Damage Reduction. We're going to trim the potential for this effect a bit, while also raising its base. This will bring Mastery Utility to a level more similar to other stats.

Druid

  • Moonfire (non-Feral) damage increased by 10%.
  • Equilibrio
    • Sunfire damage increased by 10%.
    • Starfall damage increased by 10%.
    • Lunar Strike damage increased by 5%.
    • Solar Wrath damage increased by 5%.

Wizard

  • Arcane
    • Mastery effects have been increased by 20%.
    • Arcane Missiles damage increased by 9%.
    • Arcane Blast damage increased by 10%.
    • The maximum number of Acceleration (Talent) charges is now 50, and they will not refresh their duration once they reach 50 charges.
  • Frost
    • Frostbolt damage increased by 8%.
    • Ice Lance damage increased by 13%.
    • Flurry damage increased by 38%.
    • Blizzard's damage has been increased by 36%, but its mana cost has been reduced by 50%.
    • Shattered Ice (Talent) now deals 80% normal damage (up from 50%, as before).
    • Ice Nova (Talent) damage increased by 13%.
    • Frostbolt (Talent) damage increased by 28%.
    • Glacial Spike (Talent) damage increased by 15%.

Hunter

  • Barrage (non-Survival) damage reduced by 20%.
  • Beast master
    • Wrath of the Beasts damage bonus increased to 25%.
  • Survival
    • Flank Strike damage increased by 62%.

Monk

  • Mist weaver
    • Crane Spinning Kick (Mistweaver) damage reduced by 25%.

Paladin

  • Rebuke
    • Templar's Verdict damage increased by 10%.
    • Divine Storm damage increased by 20%.
    • Crusader Strike (Retribution) damage increased by 13%.
    • Blade of Justice damage increased by 13%.
    • Judgment (Retribution) damage increased by 13%.
    • Zeal (Talent) damage increased by 13%.
    • Blade of Wrath (Talent) damage increased by 13%.

Priest

  • Sagrado
    • Holy Nova damage reduced by 16%.
  • Shade
    • Mind Searing damage has been increased by 80% and Insanity generation has been increased by 50%.
    • Mind Flay damage has been increased by 20%.
    • Mind Spike's damage has been increased by 28%.
    • Void Bolt maximum number of charges reduced to 4.
      • Developer Notes: Given the increased damage from Mind Sear, Mind Flay, and Mind Spike, this still results in an overall increase in talent value.
    • Voidform stacks no longer increase when Dispersion is active.
      • Developer Notes: We would prefer that Surrender to Madness was not as pervasive as it is, and that it cannot be extended for that long. However, addressing this would require significant changes to specialization beyond what we want to make in a round of adjustments for now. We will look for an opportunity to take a more complete look at this issue in a future patch.

Rogue

  • Death's Descent (Talent) area damage increased by 100%.
  • Murder
    • Deadly Poison damage increased by 30%.
    • Fan of Knives damage increased by 30%.
    • The duration of Bag of Secrets (Artifact Trait) has been reduced to 3 seconds (overall damage remains the same). The radius goes up from 3 to 6 m and also now receives the benefits of Mastery.
    • Poison Knives (Artifact Trait) no longer doubly benefits from Mastery. Damage per point increases up to 4%.
  • Outlaw
    • Sage of Fate's (Artifact Trait) energy cost reduction drops to 3 per rank.
    • The damage bonus from Thirst for Destiny (Artifact Trait) to Pierce has been reduced to 6% per rank.
    • The damage bonus from Black Powder (Artifact Trait) to Between Eyebrow has been reduced to 6% per rank.
  • Subtlety
    • Eviscerate damage increased by 15%.
    • Nightblade damage increased by 15%.
      • Note: Below you'll find other Eviscerate and Nightblade mods, in this case for PvP.
    • Shuriken Storm damage increased by 30%.
    • Second Shuriken (Artifact Trait) trigger chance has been increased to 30% (down from 10%, as of now). Its damage has been increased by 30% and it now deals an additional 200% damage when Stealth or Shadow Dance is activated.

Shaman

  • Elemental
    • Mastery effects have been increased by 12,5%.
    • Chain Lightning Maelstrom generation increased to 6
    • Lightning Bolt (Elemental) damage increased by 23%.
    • Chain Lightning (Elemental) damage increased by 23%.
    • Lava Burst damage increased by 5%.
    • The damage of Call Lightning and Breath of Wind of the Storm Elemental (Talent) has been increased by 20%.
  • Constant improvement
    • Fixed a bug that gave awkward hand special attacks a 100% chance to trigger Windfury while Winds of Doom was on.
    • Windfury's trigger chance has been increased to 20%.
      • Note: We're fixing a bug that was giving more Windfury procs to each activation of Winds of Doom, but at the same time we want to increase their number by increasing the base activation chance. Additionally, this will improve Maelstrom generation when Winds of Doom is not being used.
  • Restaurants
    • Chain Lightning (Restoration) damage increased by 23%.
    • Royal Ascendant (Artifact Trait) is no longer consumed when a queued healing spell is activated immediately.

Sorcerer

  • Affliction
    • Drain Life damage increased by 10%.
    • Drain Soul damage increased by 10%.
    • Corruption damage increased by 10%.
    • Agony damage increased by 5%.
    • Unstable Affliction damage increased by 15%.
    • Seed of Corruption damage increased by 15%.
    • Siphon Life (Talent) damage increased by 10%.
    • Haunt (Talent) damage increased by 15%.
    • Phantom Singularity (Talent) damage increased by 15%.
  • Demonology
    • Hand of Gul'dan's on-hit damage has been increased by 20%.
    • Demonic Wrath damage increased by 15%.
    • Shadow Bolt damage increased by 10%.
    • Doom increased by 10%.
    • Wild Imp damage increased by 10%.
    • Terrasher Attack Power increased by 10%.
    • Fel Guards attack power increased by 10%.
    • Apocalyptic Guards Doom Bolts (Demonology) damage increased by 18%.
    • Demon Bolt (Talent) damage increased by 10%.
    • Implosion (Talent) damage increased by 15%.
    • Shadow Flame (Talent) damage increased by 10%.
    • Dark Gaze (Talent) damage increased by 10%.
  • Destruction
    • Chaos Bolt damage increased by 11%.
    • Incinerate damage increased by 11%.
    • Immolate damage increased by 11%.
    • Conflagrate damage increased by 11%.
    • Rain of Fire damage increased by 11% and no longer has a cast time.
    • Cataclysm (Talent) damage increased by 11%.
    • Channel Demonfire (Talent) damage increased by 11%.

Guerrero

  • Weapons
    • Exploit Weakness (Artifact Trait) bonus has been reduced to 3% per point.
    • Directed Rage (Talent) damage bonus reduced to 30%.
    • Tactician activation rate increased by 15%.
    • Slicing no longer activates Tactical.
    • The Seize Weakness Bonus (Artifact Trait) has been reduced by 4% 3% per point.
  • Furia
    • Rampage damage increased by 12%.
    • Bloodlust damage increased by 12%.
    • Raging Blow damage increased by 5%.
    • Furious Slash damage increased by 5%.
    • Execute damage increased by 5%.
  • Protection
    • Vengeance's Rage cost reduction (Talent) has been lowered to 35%.
    • Intercept's rage generation has been reduced to 10.
    • Shield Slam's Rage generation reduced to 10.

    Thank you very much 🙂 I just wanted to say if in the future you can put something on the elemental chami to move while casting because it is very slow and before it had a talent that allowed it to move while casting and that talent does not have it, they gave it to the improvement.
