Achievement Hunter: Best Fisherman

This is an achievement that I am currently trying to get with my character and of which I have researched quite a bit. If you get bored a lot, like me, this is your achievement. How to get the achievement "Best Fisherman"?

The scavenger

I caught it in Eastern Plaguelands, but it took forever. I recommend following the coast of Swamp of Sorrows y The Blasted Lands, you will find it faster.
