Legion Legendary Guide
Each legendary will have a specific effect that enhances or grants some benefit. These effects vary depending on the type of legendary (can only be applied to a specific specialization, class, or wearer of an armor class).
All of Legion's legendary effects are passive.
If the slot is transmovable you can transmog that legendary into another item or transmogrify an item into legendary (unlike legendaries from previous expansions).
Legendary Restrictions
At the beginning of Legion You can only have 1 legendary item equipped (regardless of type). Over time the number will increase.
Thanks to the Class Headquarters if you manage to increase it to the maximum it will allow you to equip more legendaries according to your research level. But as in all stories, it has its beautiful part and its bad part:
Each research level costs 39k of means y it takes 43 days.
The maximum level of research allows you 6 more legendary.
PREMIUM QUALITY
It will fall to (and provide an effect) a single specialization (e.g. Protection Paladins or Windwalker Monk)
It will drop to (and provide an effect) all specializations of a specific class (for example, for all Mages).
It will fall to (and provide an effect) classes with only one type of armor (for example, for classes that use cloth such as Mages, Priests, and Warlocks).
It will fall to (and provide an effect) any class with any specialization.

List of legendaries by specs
All the classes
secret- Successfully applying a Loss of Control effect to an enemy grants you 70% increased movement speed and 15% haste for 10 sec. This effect can occur once every 30 seconds.
work: After 5 seconds without taking damage, you gain an absorb shield equal to 15% of your maximum health for 30 seconds. This effect can occur once every 30 seconds.
Death Knight

Aggramar Stride: Increases your movement speed by 75% of your Haste.
shawl: Increases the duration of Anti-Magic Shell by 100% and all damage it absorbs heals you.
Blood
shackles: Death Strike returns 25% of your spent Runic Power if healed for more than 10% of your maximum health.
quijotes: Bone Shield increases your maximum Runic Power by 60.
sanguine: Heart Strike reduces the remaining cooldown of Vampiric Blood by 3 sec.
lament: You deal 5% more damage and receive 5% more healing when you remain in your Death and Decay.
Frost
seal: Empower Rune Weapon gains 1 extra charge and recharges 5% faster.
sacrifice: Fel Charge deals 20% more damage to each subsequent target.
pollutes: Demon Bite generates between 1 and 20. of fury extras.
Revenge
layer: You take 20% less magic damage while Immolation Aura is active.
narak: Your Immolation Aura's initial instant damage reduces the remaining cooldown of Fiery Mark by 3 sec for each enemy hit.
backpacks: Metamorphosis resets the remaining cooldown of all your sigils.
lost: Soul Split reduces the remaining cooldown of a random Stealth by 8 sec.
prison: Gain 20% restore while Demon Spikes is active.
Druid

symbiont: Your attacks deal 50% more damage as Physical damage to enemies whose health is above 90%.
creador: Increases the effect of Astral Influence, Cat Swiftness, Thick Hide, and Gift of Ysera by 50%.
Equilibrio
onethe: Starsurge and Starfall each have a 20% chance to cause the other to be free.
emerald: Starsurge reduces by 10. the Astral Power cost of your Star Surges for 3 sec. Stacks a maximum of 0 times.
month: Casting Lunar Strike and Solar Wrath increases the healing of your next Healing Touch by 25% and reduces its casting time by 5%. Stacks up to 0 times.
essence: The remaining cooldown of Celestial Alignment is reduced by 1 second for every 8. of Astral power you spend.
Feral
seal: Increases your maximum Energy by 100. while in feline form.
ailuro: Gain 1 stack of Predator Swiftness every 15 sec. Additionally, Predator's Swiftness now stacks up to 3 times.
brood: Critical damage from your bleeds has a 40% chance to trigger Primal Fury.
loofah: Increases the radius and damage of Thrash by 25%.
Guardian
loofah: Increases the radius and damage of Thrash by 25%.
dual: Survival Instincts gets 1 and recharges 20% faster.
skysecFrenzy Regeneration heals you for an additional 15% of your maximum health over 5 sec.
Restaurants
tear: Allies healed by your Wild Growth have a 20% chance to also gain Rejuvenation.
infusion: Tranquility heals targets below 50% health for 50% more.
ties: Swift Mend extends the duration of your healing effects over time on the target by 10 sec.
amanthul: Rejuvenation cast on a target at full health will reset for its full duration each time the target is healed, until the target takes damage or 10 seconds have elapsed.
council: Increases instant healing by 200% when Lifebloom expires.
Hunter

estateStanding still causes you to drive deep roots into the ground, healing you for 4% of your maximum health every 3 seconds.
voodoo: Heal for 20% of your maximum health when you activate Feign Death. Then heals for an additional 5% of your maximum health every second for 10 sec.
Beasts
leones: Wrath of the Beasts reduces the focus cost of all your abilities by 20%.
war: Dire Beast reduces the cooldown of Kill by 3.0 sec.
claw: Your pet gains the passive abilities of all pet specializations and deals 10% more damage.
diadem: Increases the damage of Dragon Breath by 100% and its range by 25 yards.
ties: After consuming Hot Streak, there is a 20% chance that your next non-instant Pyroblast launched within 15 seconds will deal 200% additional damage.
Frost
grip: While your Frozen Veins spell is active, you gain 1 charge of Fingers of Frost every 10 sec.
bracers: Your Ice Lance increases the damage of your Ice Lance by 3% for 8 sec. Stacks up to 0 times.

Brewmaster
stone: Each enemy hit with Breath of Fire reduces the cooldown of Fortifying Brew by 1 second, up to a maximum of 4 seconds.
lost: When you use Barrel Slam, the remaining cooldown on Breath of Fire is reset.

cheerful- Cleansing Brew instantly heals you for 25% of Stagger's Purified Damage.
abbey: Increases the duration of Stagger by 3.0 sec.
Mistweaver
eye: Each time Comforting Mist heals, the amount of absorption from your next Life Chrysalis is increased by 1%.
detail: Reanimation's remaining cooldown is reduced by 3.0 seconds each time you cast Renewing Mist.
black: Thunder Focus Tea also randomly grants 2 extra charges to Effuse, Enveloping Mist, Essence Fountain, Renewing Mist, and Vivify.
spaulders: Comforting Mist heals a second injured ally within 15 yards and restores 50% of the amount healed.
plans: Rising Sun Kick causes your target's melee attacks to extend the effects of your healing over time by 2 seconds.
ovyd: Whenever Enveloping Mist heals an ally's full health, its healing bonus is extended to a maximum of 2 nearby allies within 20 yards.
Windwalker
reflection: The amount of damage that Touch of Karma can redirect is increased by 150% of your maximum health.
leather: The duration of Storm, Earth and Fire is increased by 0.6 seconds for each. of chi that you spend.
march: Increases Windwalker's movement speed bonus by 15%.
prohibido: Touch of Death can be reused within 3 seconds before the cooldown is triggered.

ferren: Avenger's Shield jumps to 2 extra targets.
golden: Each enemy hit by Avenger's Shield reduces the remaining cooldown of Guardian of Ancient Kings by 4 sec.
Repression
anger: While Vengeful Wrath is active, gain 1. of Holy Power every 2.5 sec.
awe: Any attack that should kill you activates a Shield of Vengeance with 200% of the normal amount and then reduces your health to 1. This effect cannot occur more than once every 3 min.
whispers: Templar's Verdict and Divine Storm increase the damage of your next Templar's Verdict or Divine Storm by 25% for the next 4 seconds.
look- Hammer of Justice deals 350% damage. damage and has 75% less cooldown when used against an enemy with health above 75%.
Priest

norgannon: Your instant-cast spells have a chance to trigger Foresight, making your next non-instant spell cast while moving.
Discipline
Mayev: Smite has a 101% chance to reset the remaining cooldown on Penance.
estel: Supplication increases your Haste by 1% for each target affected by your Atonement for 5 sec.
black: When your Penance damages an enemy, it now also heals allies affected by your Power Word: Barrier.
santuario: Power Word: Shield reduces the remaining cooldown of Pain Suppression by 4 sec.
points: When your Penance deals damage, the duration of Atonement on you is increased by 2 sec, and when your Penance heals, the duration of Atonement on your target is increased by 2 sec.
Sagrado

painful: Your first Mind Searing after entering Void Form extends Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch to 3 enemies within 10 yards of your target.
irises: Your Vampiric Embrace's healing is increased by 250% while in Void Form.
anund: Every time Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch deal damage, your next Void Bolt deals 2% more damage. Stacks up to 0 times.
Rogue

ravenholdt: Your attacks that generate combo points deal 15% more damage as Shadow damage to all targets within 15 yards in front of you.
valeera: Feint heals you for 20% of your maximum health over 5 sec.
Murder
booties: Vendetta's remaining cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every 50. of energy you spend.
zoldyck: Your poisons and bleeds deal 40% more damage to targets below 25% health.
terror: Every 2 seconds, you gain 35% increased damage to your next Fan of Knives. Stacks up to 0 times.
Subtlety
terror: Every 2 seconds, you gain 35% increased damage to your next Fan of Knives. Stacks up to 0 times.
satyr: Shadow Slam restores 10. energy plus 1 p. energy for every 2m between you and your target.
denial: Your finishing moves extend the duration of Shadow Blades by 0.3 sec for each combo point spent.
Outlaw
thraxi: Pierce deals increased damage equal to 50% of your increased movement speed.
green skin: Between brow and brow has a 20% chance per combo point to increase the damage of your next Pistol Shot by 300%.
Shivarra: For the first 3 seconds after activating Flurry of Steel, your melee attacks hit all nearby enemies for 70% of normal damage.

streten: Each enemy affected by your Unstable Affliction increases all damage you deal by 4%.
How to get more than 2 legendary equipped at the same time ????
You can't, Blizzard only allows 2 legendaries to be equipped at the same time and does not intend to remove this restriction.
and have legendaries not equipped but in the bag?
In that case all 🙂. If your spec has 8 legendary (or even other specs, it doesn't matter) you can have 6 in your bags and 2 equipped.
