Beast Hunter - PVE Guide - Patch 7.3.5

Beast hunter cover 7.3.5

Aloha! Today I bring you the guide for the Beast Hunter of Adriielito - C'Thun in which he will show you which are the best talents for this patch and the equipment to unleash the full potential of this specialization.

Beast Hunter

From an early age, the call of the wild draws some adventurers from the comfort of their homes into the unforgiving primal world. Those who endure become hunters and some even learn to forge numerous friendships with the creatures of the wild.

Strengths

  • It has quite a bit of sustained damage.
  • The highest priority of this spec is the pets it summons, as well as being able to tank enemies.

Weak points

  • He does not have stuns in his basic skills.
  • It has only one escape ability.
  • It is a very limited class in terms of damage to various targets.

Modifications in patch 7.3.5

  • Added some extra pets that can be tamed by Hunters.
  • The faculty Cobra shot has seen its damage reduced at lower levels. There have been no changes to this skill at max level.

Modifications in patch 7.3

  • The damage of some abilities has been increased.
  • Some cooldowns have been balanced.

Talents

Following the same line as the DK Frost guide (among others), I will bring you several ways to face your enemies and different ways to develop encounters, whether massive targets or just single-target encounters. As in the previous guide, choose the ones that you like the most or are close to your possibilities.

-Talents in yellow: they can become the best depending on which fights, in this case, they are the best for single-objective encounters.
-Talents in blue: you can choose them in case you do not like the ones that appear in yellow, there will not be much difference in the DPS.
-Talents in green: these talents are the best to do much more damage in areas, that is, encounters with more than three objectives.

  • Level 15: Path of the cobra.
  • Level 30: Fearsome Frenzy.
  • Level 45: Immediacy.
  • Level 60: One with the pack.
  • Level 75: Binding Shot.
  • Level 90: Flock of crows.
  • Level 100: Killer Cobra.

lvl 15

In this first talent branch, the option I would choose would be Dire Stable (Passive Effect) because, with the right talents, we can generate a lot of focus in combat. However, Cobra Path (Passive Effect)It's a good talent if your concern is damage.

lvl 30

  • Stomp (Passive Effect): When your dire beasts charge, they stomp the ground, dealing [(1.18) * ((300% of Attack power)) * 1.4] damage. Physical damage to all nearby enemies.
  • Dire Frenzy (Instant / replaces Dire Beast): Causes your pet to go into a frenzy, launch a barrage of 5 attacks against the target and gain 30% increased attack speed for 8 sec. It stacks up to 3 times.
  • Chimera Shot (Instant / 15 sec cooldown): A double shot that hits your primary target and another nearby target for 720% damage. Nature damage at one and 720%. Frost damage to the other.

To do area damage, Stomp (Passive Effect) it's our talent if what we want is to break the damage counter. The damage it does is not so exaggerated but, even so, the pets that we throw at the enemies will make an explosion in area that will do the same damage for all the targets that are around.

Dire Frenzy (Instant / replaces Dire Beast)Instead, it is used for single-target encounters as we are dealing much more damage to our pet.

lvl 45

  • Immediacy (Passive effect): Releases you from all movement impairing effects and increases your movement speed by 60% for 5 sec.
  • Wanderer (Passive effect): Critical strikes from your abilities have a 15% chance to reset the remaining cooldown on Detachment.
  • Burns (Passive effect): Your movement speed will be increased by 30% when you have not been attacked for 3 seconds.

For this branch, you can choose the talent that best suits the situation you must face. I usually use Immediacy (Passive effect) for the convenience of speed of movement.

lvl 60

One with the herd (Passive effect) It is the best option for this branch of talents since I myself have been able to verify that in a fight I have been able to accumulate up to 4 active pets (not counting both permanents). This talent is based on probabilities so you may be out of luck and end up losing a lot of DPS.

Fury of the Beasts (Passive Effect) It is a talent to do more burst damage and every time we have the active in general.

If what we want is for our pet to start combat at high speed because you have not removed its invisibility, Translation Strikes (Passive Effect) It is a good option since it also increases the damage of the pet's basic attacks.

lvl 75

For the Beast Hunter, Binding Shot (Instant / 45 sec cooldown) It is the best option to keep enemies at bay. Although for tastes, colors and the other two options are only circumstantial.

lvl 90

  • Flock of Crows (Instant / 1 min cooldown): Summons a flock of crows to attack your target, dealing [(162% of Attack power) * 16] p. Physical damage over 15 sec. When a target dies while affected by this ability, Flock of Crows' cooldown is reset.
  • Barrage (Channeling 3 sec / 20 sec cooldown): Rapidly fires a hail of shots over 3 sec, dealing an average of (80% * 10). physical damage to all enemies in front of you. It can be used on the go.
  • Salva (Passive Activation Effect / 1.5 sec Cooldown): While active, your auto attacks spend 3. Focus to additionally unleash a salvo of shots that hit the target and all other nearby enemies, dealing (100% of Attack power) p. extra physical damage.

Flock of Crows (Instant / 1 min cooldown) It is not a talent that deals a lot of damage on the target but it can be useful in single enemy encounters. Barrage (Channeling 3 sec / 20 sec cooldown)Instead, as the description suggests, it's a kind of Long Shot that you cast over 3 seconds, dealing damage to all enemies in front of you.

Salva (Passive Activation Effect / 1.5 sec Cooldown) it can turn out to be a useful talent if we consider that several objectives appear in combat.

lvl 100

Perhaps for this branch of talents, Stampede (Instant / 3 min cooldown) it would be the option that anyone would choose. However, after the change they made, it is possible that choosing other talents is the best option. Anyway and for information, Stampede is used to do area damage.

Killer Cobra is the option I would choose as we are constantly using Kill on the target, being one of our most lethal abilities. Keep your energy above half when you cast Wrath of the Beasts, my advice!

Artefact

Before attaching the image that will help you to make the best paths in your artifact weapon, I must warn you that at level 110 you will directly unlock Artifact Knowledge at level 41, obtaining an artifact point multiplier of 5.200.000 %. Perhaps it is best to wait at maximum level to worry about the roads and not waste a lot of time in this regard.

Secondary statistics

Mastery> Critical Strike> Haste> Versatility

Enchantments

  • satyr: Permanently enchant a necklace to summon a satyr from time to time, which will launch a Nightmare Bolt at your enemy, dealing damage.
  • agility: Permanently enchant a cloak to increase Agility by 200.
  • write- Permanently enchant a ring to increase Mastery by 200.

Gems

Flasks and potions

Practical tips

  • Matar is your main skill with this specialization. Use it every time you have it active.
  • When starting the fights, we will use Wrath of the beasts to increase all damage dealt by 25%.
  • Fearsome beast it should be used whenever we have it available.
  • We must never accumulate the two charges of Fearsome beast since we will have a certain probability of obtaining a free charge.
  • The distance with the enemy must be prudent since the hunter does not have much mobility.
  • We must be attentive to the life of our pet to launch To heal wounds in case it is necessary. It must be active at all times.
  • I do not recommend ever using Multi-shot for meetings where there are many objectives. It is a useless skill if there are not more than 10. For this type of case, it is best to select Trumpet as a talent in the level 90 branch.

This guide has many things wrong, first stampede is a rather unviable talent for the cd it has, with the new mechanics of the legendary legion, it depends on what you have, you equip yourself, for example in the lvl 100 talent it is quite viable if you have the legendary boots, otherwise always killer cobra. On the other hand, tromba loses in damage if compared to saves for multi strike, and as are the fights in ToS, fights like harjatan, La naga esa, the sisters of the moon, and the boss that follows him (that skeleton with wings ) the aoe of constant salvo hits more than barrage, on the other hand, if your group has problems with specific secondary enemies, crows is not only for single target, but to reserve them for specific enemies that are generated in the fight, and make the most of the passive of said skill to reset its cd when the enemy dies. As for legendaries, such as BiS, there is the belt as Bis 1 °, dsps you can alternate between the bracers if you have a trinket of more than 910 ilvl from Elissandre, the Master of the Hunt ring, the chest and the boots. The stats of the Bm are in mastery, Critical / up. The idea is to leave the up to no more than 13-15% have 30% critical and the rest in mastery.

I have downloaded the Epic music player addon but it won't let me put the songs that I want. I have looked at a guide on how to do it but no "playlist manager" appears to me so I can open it and put the songs I want. Can't or what?
