Hey good! How is life for Azeroth? Today we bring you the Elemental Shaman guide with basic tips for the class, recommended gems and enchantments, talents and, of course, the best equipment for this patch. Let's get started!

Elemental Shaman

As masters of the elements and the magic of nature, Shamans use Totems to grant Benefits to their party.

Strengths

  • Has a ton of burst damage in single-target encounters.
  • It adapts to any situation.
  • It is one of the few specializations that can be easily equipped since, whether you have equipment or not, the difference in damage will not be brutal.

Weak points

  • Has little mobility.

Talents

Following the same line as previous guides, I will bring you several ways to face your enemies and different ways to develop the encounters, be it massive objectives or just single-objective encounters. As in the previous guide, choose the ones that you like the most or are close to your possibilities.

-Talents in yellow: they can become the best depending on which fights, in this case, they are the best for single-objective encounters.
-Talents in blue: you can choose them in case you do not like the ones that appear in yellow, there will not be much difference in the DPS.
-Talents in green: these talents are the best to do much more damage in areas, that is, encounters with more than three objectives.

Elemental Shaman Talents 7.3.5

lvl 15

  • Path of flames- Lava Burst deals 10% more damage and causes Flame Shock to spread from the target to a nearby enemy.
  • Rage of the earth: Your damaging spells cause the land around you to come to your aid for 6 sec, repeatedly dealing (55% ability power) damage. Nature damage to the target that took your last attack.
  • Totem Mastery: Summons four totems that increase your combat capabilities for 2 min. Resonance Totem> Generates 1 point. maelstrom every 1 s. Storm Totem> Increases the chance for Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning to trigger Elemental Overload by 5%. Ember Totem> Increases the damage over time of Flame Shock by 10%. Tailwind Totem> Increases your Haste by 2%.

Totem Mastery It is the best option for this first branch since it adapts to any situation since you can invoke them at any time. However, Path of flames It is also a recommended talent since, together with the talent Ascension, the amount of damage is much higher.

Rage of the earth it is not a good option since it loses against the other two talents.

lvl 30

  • Gust of wind: A gust of wind pushes you forward.
  • Ancestral guide: Over the next 10 sec, 20% of your damage and healing heals up to a maximum of 3 nearby injured party or raid members.
  • Wind Charge Totem: Summons a totem at the targeted location for 15 sec that continuously grants 60% increased movement speed to all allies who pass within 10 yards for 5 sec.

In this branch, the choice will be according to the boss we face. This is something more optional.

Gust of wind It is the default talent thanks to the mobility it provides.

Wind Charge Totem it will allow the band to move more quickly. It is often used in meetings where global movement is necessary.

Ancestral guide it is not a good choice as it is too weak.

lvl 45

  • Lightning Surge Totem: Summons a totem at the target location that absorbs electrical energy from the surrounding air and explodes after 2 seconds to stun all enemies within 8 yards for 5 sec.
  • Pillaterra Totem: Summons a totem at your feet for 20 sec. The totem pulses every 2 sec, rooting all enemies within 8 yards for 8 sec. Enemies that have already been rooted by the totem will suffer a 50% movement speed reduction.
  • Voodoo totem: Summons a totem at the target location for 10 sec. The totem bewitches all enemies within 8 yards and turns them into frogs, rendering them incapacitated and unable to attack or cast spells. Damage or leaving the area will interrupt the effect.

Lightning Surge Totem It is the best option of this branch since it is the only one that can have any use in raid.

lvl 60

Ancient Swiftness it is the best option for all situations.

Elemental mastery is a talent that can be used to add damage to your burst.

Replica this talent is also a good option if we have the legendary Heart on fire y Deceiver's Blood Pact.

lvl 75

  • Elemental Fusion: Flame Shock has a 5% increased chance to trigger Lava Surge.
  • Primal ElementalistYour Earth, Fire, and Storm elementals are made up of primal elementals 80% more powerful than normal elementals and have extra abilities. Also, you get direct control over them.
  • Elemental blast: Gathers the pure energy of the elements, dealing (725% ability power) p. Elemental damage and increases your Critical Strike, Haste, or Mastery by 5. for 10 sec.

Elemental blast It is the talent recommended by its flexibility in the meetings.

Primal Elementalist it can become a good option but damage is lost compared to the previous talent.

Elemental Fusion not a good talent for its damage loss.

lvl 90

  • Liquid Magma Totem: Summons a totem at the targeted location for 15 sec that hurls liquid magma at a random nearby target every 1 sec, dealing (110% ability power). Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards.
  • Storm elemental: Summons a Greater Storm Elemental that fires gusts of wind, damaging the shaman's enemies and generating a whirlwind for the shaman for 30 sec.
  • Echo of the elements: Lava Burst now has 2

Echo of the elements is the best option for this branch of talents.

Liquid Magma Totem is a talent for area damage that is often used in long encounters where there are a large number of targets. If combined with the legendary Soul of the Clairvoyant, it can have great potential. Usually used in Mythics + rather than raiding.

lvl 100

  • Ascension: Transform into a flame ascendant for 15 sec, replacing Chain Lightning with Lava Beam and removing the cooldown of Lava Burst and increasing its damage by an amount equal to your critical strike chance.
  • Lightning rod: Your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells have a 30% chance to turn the primary target into a Lightning Rod for 10 sec. Lightning Rods take 40% of all damage you deal with Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning.
  • Frostbite: Throws icy ice at the target, dealing (900% ability power) p. Frost damage and causes your next 4 Frost Shock to deal 400% more damage.

Ascension It is the best talent for single-target encounters due to its great potential for damage. It will be part of our burst.

Lightning rod It is the best talent for encounters where there are a large number of targets or even a talent for residual damage.

Frostbite He is a good talent for one-shot matches, but he is a talent with a lot of depth. Unlike Ascension, this talent will allow us to have much more damage in a sustained way instead of having it as a burst. It is usually used by very experienced players. The difference in damage with respect to the first is not too much but, if we do not seek to take risks, Ascension it will be the best option.

Artefact

Before attaching the image that will help you to make the best paths in your artifact weapon, I must warn you that at level 110 you will directly unlock Artifact Knowledge at level 41, obtaining an artifact point multiplier of 5.200.000 %. Practical tips

  • Earth shock it will consume, absolutely, all our power of the Maelstrom. It requires 10 points to be able to use it.
  • Earthquake It is an ability that will allow us to do damage in area, in addition to stunning them for a short period of time.
  • Clash of flames It is our main sticker. We must always keep it on the target we are attacking. The more maelstrom power we spend, the longer the effect will last on the target. The power of the maelstrom that we will spend will always range from 0 to 20 points.
  • Frost shock  It does not deal a great deal of damage but can be used to slow the target's movement speed. The more power of the maelstrom we spend, the longer the effect will last on the target and the more damage it will deal.
