Eternal Palace

Lady Governor
Priscilla Ruler's relentless quest for power has led her to the Eternal Palace and to make a pact with Queen Azshara. But Governor may receive something he does not expect as a reward for his loyalty.
Summary
Lady ruler begins the meeting locked in a Hardened shell It absorbs all the damage. When the shell is destroyed, the Azerite crystals embedded in Lady Governor ignite and begin to gain energy. Upon reaching 100 energy points, he regenerates his Hardened shell.

Strategy
Normal Mode
This is a not very complicated meeting that revolves around the Hardened shell of Lady Gobernalle and that consists of two phases that will be repeated successively until it ends. Every time he Hardened shell he regenerates he will do it with 150% more capacity so we must kill this boss as soon as we can.
Phase 1
As soon as the meeting begins, we will place Lady ruler against the wall and we will move her around the combat zone to have her first attack controlled, Barnacle scourge. This attack will deal damage to the main tank and will leave a puddle. It will also leave an increased damage debuff and tanks will need to trade it every 3 to 3 marks. The damage zones that this attack will leave behind will disappear in a short time.
The ranks will try to be at the maximum distance in the center area and the melees on one side to have well controlled the skills that Lady Governor will do and which will be the following:
- Coral growth: it will make a couple of zones from which some coral structures will emerge. We will have to separate ourselves from that area as soon as they leave and be attentive to them.
- Rippling wave: From each coral structure of the previous ability a sphere of water will come out that will go towards Lady Governor. If he manages to reach it, he will recharge his shield by 10% and also make a band detonation. We will try to intercept these spheres so that the damage they cause when detonated can be healed. It will also leave a damage over time on the player who intercepts it so you should not accumulate many or do it with different players.
- Cold blast: zones that will detonate after a few seconds so we will have to dodge them.
- Saline bubble: enclose three players (usually one tank and two more) in a bubble that we must break to free them. Any magical immunity will also prevent us from being locked up.
If we do all this well, we will destroy Lady Governor's shell and begin the second phase.
Phase 2
This phase will be almost the same as the first but we will have to lower the life since it will not have the shield. Nor will we have the ability Coral growth which will be replaced by another new call Voltaic azerite which will mark three pairs of players with symbols. Each of these pairs will have 10 seconds to separate by drawing a line between them and the same symbol. Once all the corals that are in that trajectory are finished they will break. We will have to finish this phase by destroying all the corals so that there are none when we return to phase 1, we have extra spheres, and things get complicated for us.
After about a minute, the shell will be recharged again, which will have more capacity, so it will take a little longer to lower it and then we will re-enter phase 2, and so on until we manage to kill Lady Governor.
Heroic mode
In this mode things will be complicated a little and there will be some small changes compared to the normal mode.
In skill Barnacle scourge the puddles that it will leave on the ground will no longer disappear until we finish with Lady Governing. This forces us to move very well to leave them well positioned and that we have enough space in the room to carry out the entire meeting.
Coral growth will summon three corals instead of the two in the normal way which will increase the damage to the raid.
In phase 2 we must be very attentive and ingrained to deal with Voltaic azerite and leave everything very clean for when we return to phase 1.
The ability Saline bubble Now it will also have an area of effect in which after detonating it will put all the players who are within that area, in a bubble. We must be careful not to be within the area of effect. Those who are stuck inside the bubble will try to get together to be able to get them out faster. As in the normal mode, any magic immunity will be very effective to avoid being locked up.
Heroism o Blood lust We will use it once the shell falls in order to lower it as much life as possible.
