I always recommend one thing with professions: the best way to raise it is by being a maximum level. You avoid headaches in case you have to go to an area with a higher level than you, greater access to resources, it takes less time to farm, recipes that ask for a level and cut your "roll", etc ... So My advice is to get involved with professions if you are above level 100 or more.

The Darkmoon Fair: that great friend of the professions
With the Black Moon Fair you can save 5 points without having to do many things or large expenses. Enrollment's mission is banners. You just have to create 5 fortunes and voila.
Not everything is pretty, the Fair has 3 drawbacks: it lasts 1 week, it is the 1st Sunday of each month and it only allows you that profession mission in each event (if you return a month you can do it again). Still, 5 points for such a simple thing saves you from many expenses, especially in the final stretch.

Create 300 tights, you need 600 beast.
There are various methods of sourcing Draenor plants, from buying lots at auction that are at a premium to picking up plants all over Draenor like Heidi in the Alps. My advice: put Draenor's dead resources to use with the Trading Post. It's the fastest way to get resources from Draenor without leaving the citadel or spending a buck on the auction.
300-600
Create 100 fabric, you need 300 tights.
600-719
Create 125 fabric, you need 125 tights and 1250 tights.
719-800
Now you can only pull recipes from rank 3 and it all depends on how lucky you are, remember that from 760 only those from rank 3 are valid. At level 780 they turn yellow and at 790 green.
Create 42 bracers (more or less, there is no exact figure), you need 168 tights and 1680 tights.
It is recommended to do it with rank 3.
