Herbalism Guide 1 - 450

This guide will show you the fastest way of how to raise your profession of Herbalism from level 1 to 450. It is updated to patch 3.2

The guide includes routes on maps for the best areas with herbs. Herbalism fits very well with the profession of Alchemy because you can use the herbs you collect to make potions, but it is not the only one that is useful for there are others like Registration which can also be combined very well. The guide will show the maps of the areas where you can find more herbs. But you are free to choose other collection areas that seem better to you, that you like more or in which there are fewer people.

It is recommended to use an addon for the locations of the plants. The best known is the gatherer, this keeps the location of the plants already collected and if we complement it with a database it will tell us the location of the plants in the database.

Do not get lost among the flowers.

In the guide you will find several maps for the same herbs, this is because some horde zones and alliances have been placed in the low areas, so that if you raise the profession with a character from the first levels you can do it in the starting areas. At a higher level, and especially in Outland and Northrend, only one area has been set per continent, since whether you are a horde or an alliance, you will pass through the same territories.

Even if you see herbs and they will no longer level you up because you have them in green, do not hesitate to collect them, they can be very useful to raise other professions or make good money at auction. Plants of intermediate levels are often in short supply and are highly valued.

First we have to visit our herbalism instructor in one of the big cities and learn Herbalist Apprentice. Basically all the starting areas have the plants of these levels.

Go to a big city and learn Herbal Craftsman.
