Interview with Sylvanas, winner of the costume contest

Last Monday we attended the Cataclysm launch event at Fnac in Madrid. In this event a costume contest took place, among many other things. As the interview with Cory Stockton and Rob Sevilla, do not stop reading it.

The contest was animated by a nice man who left his mark for the gamers who were there that night, a mark that will last forever and ever. We will never again forget the name of the winner, that cry of "Sabanaaaaaas!" You can see the photo gallery and video of the prize collection.

And here we have Sabanas in person, who has gladly answered some questions about her and her costume, don't miss the interview. Congratulations, again, on your award!

We interviewed Cory Stockton and Rob Sevilla at the Cataclysm launch event

One of the most important parts of the event was undoubtedly the interview we had with Cory Stockton, Lead Content Designer and Bob Sevilla, 3D Designer. After the avalanche of questions that arrived in the mailbox, it was very difficult for us to find the most appropriate and concise ones to be able to resolve the greatest number of doubts in the little time we had.

So here we are again sitting with these two members of the World of Warcraft development team, in the middle of the midnight opening event at the Callao FNAC in Madrid for the official launch of Blizzard's most ambitious product: World of Warcraft Cataclysm. . We don't have much time to spend with them so you have to squeeze every second. You don't have two greats every day to be able to talk to them and ask them all those doubts that come to mind.

We also recommend the fantastic summary of the general interview that the guys from Psicocine did, where you can read much more. Safety pin.

After a brief presentation and various greetings, we started with the questions.

Interview with an MVP: Disassembling Proenix

Tonight we have our friend with us Proenix. Yes, friends, that wonderful MVP (Highly Valued Chicken) whom we have been following the lead for a long time to interview. Although we didn't want to overwhelm him in his early days as MVP, after his engaging and engaging interview we did not want to forget him and return the "friendly" favor.

For this interview we have used I asked our collaborator for help Mortiphilia, a very active character in the official forums, where he is known as Topi. And how could it be less, our friend izildra she signs up (rather she pointed a shotgun at us) to this interview as Official President of her Fan Club (don't forget to stop by your page on facebook to rave with her about certain characters in the Community 😉).

And without further ado ...

Topi: High! Before we start, Login! Introduce yourself to the community!

At your service!
I am Proenix from Minahonda and I belong to the MVP program of the official forums.

Blizzard interviews Luek from The Underbog

Blizzard continues to interview important players / guilds within the game on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of World of Warcraft. This time Luek is interviewed.

Luek, from the United States Kingdom The Underbog, who currently holds the title of "The Kingslayer" and who earned the achievement "The Sandmaster" in October 2009, is a player who has been on a roll for the five years of existence from World of Warcraft. From defeating the Lich King in the 10-player dungeon in Icecrown Citadel, to maintaining a personal rating of 2200 in the 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 arena branches, to earning the title of "General" in the old Battleground rank system implemented before any World of Warcraft expansion hit the streets, with Luek we had a feeling that he would be a great candidate to chat about his experiences in the Warcraft universe over the past five years.

For starters, what was the first thing that attracted you to World of Warcraft and kept you on the ball during the leveling process?
I've always loved the Warcraft universe, so as soon as World of Warcraft was announced, I wanted to play. I had spent the last few years playing EverQuest with my friends and we were all more than ready for another great MMO. That was what really convinced me to upload my wizard. The first few missions weren't as complicated as the ones we see now, but they still involved a lot of history and took me to places I recognized from previous books and games, which turned out to be an incredible experience that motivated me to keep going and discover more content.

Blizzard interviews Exorsus

Exorsus is currently the third best brotherhood in the world, as well as the best Russian brotherhood and the previous best European brotherhood. We have interviewed Viksh, their leader, to tell us a little about the creation of the brotherhood, what makes it different from the rest, and how to lead a team to be effective.

Greetings, Viksh! Could you tell us a bit about Exorsus? How was the brotherhood created and how are things currently? Do you have future plans?
Well, Exorsus was created from another previous brotherhood called Initium, although today there are still some members of the original brotherhood. When I first became interested in the PvE aspect of World of Warcraft, I joined the best brotherhood of the Horde on the server at the time. It was called Untamed. The guild was led by Jimson, a fairly prominent player that I later followed when he formed a new guild by the name of Guess Who. Later, in the days of The Black Temple, Jimson ended up leaving Guess Who and joining Initium in the Shadowmoon realm. Soon after, he ended up becoming her guildmaster as well, and invited me to join them after taking a break from WoW.

As far as Exorsus is concerned, its history differs from that of most high-level guilds or guilds that are created by selecting players from various strong guilds, such as the Russian brotherhood Sinthesis, GKD or even the European brotherhood Ensidia. Exorsus actually only began to seriously immerse himself in PvE content when Ulduar came out and progressed slowly, bit by bit. It coincided that back then I also became the Guildmaster of Exorsus. It started out as a guild of friends at first, but over time the guild's focus shifted towards PvE achievement.

To this day, the guild is a group of highly experienced players who are not only familiar with WoW, but also with other MMOs. As far as our future plans are concerned, of course we have some. We currently believe that we have a very strong team that is capable of competing not only against other high-level Russian brotherhoods, but also globally.

Blizzard interviews Enigma

Enigma is one of the most prominent brotherhoods in the kingdom of Deathwing and its members are very committed to facing the greatest challenges that World of Warcraft offers in each dungeon. A guild at the top of the US - with many "Kingdom First!" Plus other notable achievements, including Conqueror of Ulduar, Observed (25 player), Alone in Darkness (25 player). j.) and A tribute to madness (25 j.).

They recently completed The Frostwing Halls in Icecrown Citadel in its 10- and 25-player versions for the first forty-eight hours since it opened (in patch 3.3.2), after which they finished off the Lich King. the first of his kingdom the following week. Enigma quickly gets down to business every time new band content is released. Although like the rest of the guilds, Enigma has a pool of players from all corners of the United States, it has an incredibly competent and mature bandleader at nineteen years of age, who also has a vast knowledge of the complex mechanics of World of Warcraft game. We recently interviewed Fraya, Enigma Guildmaster, to share with us his experiences as a successful party leader and as a dedicated player in the World of Warcraft community.

First of all, how long has Enigma been dealing with band content and what led to its creation?
Enigma was formed two weeks before the release of Wrath of the Lich King, with the purpose of clearly standing out from the rest of the competition in our realm, Deathwing. Despite all our efforts, at first when we started inviting people, things seemed uncertain. Duffmanoyea and I had tried to gather people to create a nucleus of the best, but so many people ended up backing down that we had to get together with some players that we had previously struggled with. It wasn't just that, but when Wrath of the Lich King came out we were barely twenty members. Fortunately, the first few weeks went quite well for us. Many players came out of nowhere and took an interest in our guild, plus the three opening stays rewarded everyone who rushed in there, rather than the more organized groups. From that moment on, everything got better.
