Mounts earned by Achievements

Golden king / Kor'kron Annihilator

Undoubtedly one of the most unique mounts in the game, but it takes a lot of effort to get it. Your guild has to reach level 25, which is the maximum level. Also, the player who wants to buy it must be Exalted with his guild before he can buy it. You can find more information about the new guild features in our Cataclysm Guide.

Although it may seem like a simple task, it is difficult to level up because many of the guilds reach the limit "thanks" to many players leveling up and doing dungeons. According to the calculations, reaching the experience limit every day, it would take 137 days (4,5 months) to reach level 25. Patience!

This drake will be given to us if we complete the achievements of the new Cataclysm Heroic Dungeons, Glory of the Cataclysm Hero It requires not only you to complete the heroic dungeon but also you must complete some difficult achievements in these heroics.

This drake is sure to be a good challenge for many! You have to get complete Glory of the Cataclysm Raider ending all the encounters of the Blackwing Descent, Throne of the four winds and Twilight Bastion And of course, complete some tricky achievements and defeat some of them on Heroic difficulty as well. Dark fenix

Dark fenix

This amazing and colorful mount requires us to complete the Guild Achievement, Guild: Glory of the Cataclysm Raider, which requires you to complete Blackwing Descent, Throne of the four winds and Twilight Bastion being in a sorority group. That is, your raid must be made up of at least 8/10 or 20/25 members of your guild to achieve the achievement. We can later purchase it from our Guild Reputation Seller.

Surely after seeing the pet above, you will be wondering why it is so easy get this mount so similar to A'lar's. It will really be difficult for those who do not have a guild, but otherwise it should not take a lot of work to get this mount.

Archeology Mounts

Fossilized raptor

This skeletal raptor is available to those persistent archaeologists who manage to find the fragments of the Fossilized Raptor. We will find it in fossil excavations and, randomly (and rarely) we will find the artifact needing 100 x Fossilized Archeology Fragment to complete the project.

Blizzard has heard the pleas and we can finally have a qiraji outside of Ahn'Qiraj. Those lucky archaeologists who manage to find the Scepter of Azj'Aqir will be made with this mount! We will have to scramble many Tol'vir excavations to randomly discover this artifact and collect 150 x Tol'vir Archeology Fragments to complete the project. You can use up to 3 Hieroglyphs Tol'vir to speed up your research project, saving you 36 x Tol'vir Archeology Fragments.

Drake of the South Wind

To get this mount we will have to defeat Al'akir in the Throne of the Four Winds And cross your fingers as it only has a 1-2% chance of getting it!

Drake of the North Wind

To get this drake, we will have to defeat Altairus in the Vortex Pinnacle and cross our fingers again since we have the same probability of obtaining it as the previous one.

Vitreous Stone Drake

This drake can be achieved, like the previous ones, by defeating Stone Skin in the Stone Core. Good luck with it and with the dice!

Phosphorescent Stone Drake

Here we have the new Proto-Drake of Lost Time! To get this mount, we will have to finish with aeonaxx which appears to appear near the Quartzite Basin in Deepholm and will fly around the Temple of Earth. It is not a normal death since we will have to ride on him and finish him off before his young kill us.

If you like camels and you can't get enough of Ramkahen's, you can try to get this rare camel. You have to search for Mysterious Camel Figurine in the sands of Uldum. Some of these statues are too old and will crumble when collected but there are some, which will take us to The Steamy Pools in Feralas where we will have to defeat Dormus the Camel Hoarder to get this mount.

Considering that the statues are so small, you can use this simple macro to patrol the Sands of Uldum and get it.

This is one of two camels that you can purchase from the Abasi Blacksmith [54.1, 33,3] once you achieve Exalted reputation with Ramkahen. There are several ways to gain reputation with this Tol'vir faction in Uldum. Completing missions, carrying the Tabard of Ramkahen in the dungeons of Cataclysm or doing the only daily mission that the faction has, Thief Expirators which we will get in [60.2, 38.3]. Once achieved, you will get the achievement You have to hump yourself!.

It will cost you 165 x Tol Barad Honorable Mention.

  • Taught by Vial of the Sands
  • This mount can only be crafted by an Alchemist after learning the recipe, which can be found within a Canopy glass
  • Transforms the player into a mount and allows them to carry a passenger

Without a doubt one of the most coveted pets of the expansion and, honestly, it will be difficult to get it. To get this rare mount, you have to be an Archaeologist and be lucky enough to find a Canopy glass. After getting the shards Fossilized Archeology Fragment you will be able to complete the jug. This mount is practically necessary to move with ease through the deep waters of Vashj'ir. We will obtain it by doing the introductory missions to the Kelp'thar Forest. This mount can only be used on Vashj'ir unfortunately.

  • Obtained via a card code from the WoW Worldbreaker TCG card game expansion
  • Flying mount

This card can be obtained with the World of Warcraft card game with the Worldbreaker expansion. If you are not a card collector, it will probably be a bit out of your reach.
