With the release of the Secrets of Ulduar, the Argent Tournament opened its doors to all the heroes of Azeroth. Champions emerged from among the troops who faced various challenges and proved their worth. In Call of the Crusade, the next content patch, the Argent Tournament will be expanded and players will have access to new daily missions, rewards, and areas of interest.
Two new mission areas
In one of the surrounding hills there is a new camp of the Cult of the Damned. From there, his sinister agents spy on all the activities that take place on the grounds of the Argent Tournament.
On an island north of Icecrown, once a tusk village known as Hrothgar's Rise, there is a mist-shrouded outpost. The Vrykul use this site as a base of operations to assault the Silver Pact and Sunreaver vessels that ply the waters between the island and Icecrown.
New daily missions and rewards
Just when you thought you had seen and done it all, the Argent Tournament launches the gauntlet again, offering a new series of quests and rewards for players who have earned exalted reputations with the Silver Pact or Sunreavers. Take part in three new random-type daily missions to get stamps and new rewards.
- New tabards: Alliance characters can obtain the Silver Pact tabard, while Horde characters can obtain the Sunreaver tabard. These tabards are used by the NPCs in the tournament area.
- New mounts: there will be new flying and ground mounts for both factions. Heroes of the Alliance will be able to acquire the Quel'dorei Steed and the Hippogriff of the Silver Pact. Heroes of the Horde will be able to acquire the Strider Falcon and the Dragonhawk from the Sunreavers.
- New Pet: the characters of both factions that stand out in the tournament will be able to acquire the Glowing Wyrm.
Argent Crusaders: Daily Quests and Rewards
There will be a new series of rewards and missions (including two of the random type that grant stamps).
- New Relics
- New flag of the Argent Crusade
- New Tabard of the Argent Crusade: allows you to teleport to the tournament fields.
- Improved Squire: Like any good squire, this one already has a mount and you can call him every 8 hours (he will be with you for 3 minutes). The upgrade costs 150 Champion's Seals, and your squire will also provide you with one of the following services: banking, mail, or merchandise sales.
- New mount: Paladins will be able to obtain an Argent Crusade Charger.
The Black Knight Returns
If you thought you had seen the last of the black knight, he makes his surprise return to the tournament. What, you didn't kill him?
