I leave you with a preview of the Zones: Isle of Giants, Isle of the Thunder King, available in patch 5.2 in the Public Test Realms.
- The Island of the Giants is a small tropical island north of Kun Lai Summit that has the new wandering boss, Oondasta, a troll dinosaur.
- The Isle of the Thunder King is available to be explored in an incomplete quest. Edited: about 1/3 of these quests have been closed, mostly to fix bugs. This is the location for the new 5.2 raid, new missions featuring the Kirin Tor Offensive and Sunreaver Rush, a new wandering boss, a Lightning Forge used to create weapons with badges or old models removed, and a Shipyard , a main Royal Courtyard and a Treasury Room.

On this occasion, players can join the assault against the fortress of Emperor Lei Shen on the island, unlock new quest chains and a new daily area, as well as being able to participate in special events, earn the right to visit the famous Hall of Treasures , claim powerful artifacts from the Mogu for your faction, and much more

Faction leaders are at the forefront for the assault: The Kirin-Tor Offensive commanded by Jaina Proudmoore and the Sunreaver Onslaught commanded by Lor'themar Theron. Gaining reputation with these two new factions will allow our heroes access to new quests and faction rewards, as well as new items and a new intimidating mount.

Once both the Alliance and the Horde have established themselves on the island, players can choose to complete missions related to PvP or PvE. PvP missions will have NPC objectives from the opposite faction, but killing players from the opposite faction will also complete them.

As the heroes conquer the Island, they will unlock the mighty Forge of Light, allowing Blacksmiths to forge new raid items as well as ancient weapons from the past.

Players in PTRs can transport themselves to the Isle of the Thunder King at its faction shrines in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. The Isle of the Thunder King will be progressively unlocked depending on the player's involvement in the war in each kingdom, so only a few features will be available at first. Future updates will include the shipyard and the Main Court. Some features, such as the Treasure Room, will not be available.

Once the Isle of the Thunder King has been conquered, the gatekeeper to the Thunder King Citadel will appear: Nalak, the Lord of the Storm. Players will have the opportunity to test their strength against him frequently
