In Battle for Azertoh the Brotherhood of Duelists will be implemented that will improve the experience for duels between players. If you are one of those who spend long periods of time in Goldentown or at the gates of Stormwind or Orgrimmar fighting a duel, this can be a very interesting option. At the same time it is a good training to get into battlefields or arenas.
For many PvP players, there is something special about going head-to-head against a formidable enemy, especially when that enemy is another player behind their own keyboard. For some, it's the adrenaline rush that makes their hands shake when they are placed on the mouse and keyboard. For others, it's the feeling of impassive calm that runs through their veins before the action begins. It is common to see these players gathered at the gates of Orgrimmar and Stormwind, flags placed as they challenge each other to duels for the love of art.
With the introduction of the Duelist Guild in Battle for Azeroth, we're improving the dueling experience. Get ready to test your skills against other duelists from your own faction, earn some achievements, a title, a tabard, and (of course) a chance to show off your feats.
Level 120 players with the war mode enabled they will be able to queue for the battles of the guild of duelists in the gorillas (Alliance) or the trollguard (Horde) in the war headquarters of their faction, located in Boralus and Zuldazar, respectively. Each barracks is indicated on the map (M) with the Alliance or Horde symbol. (This is also the place where you can collect the spoils of war for your efforts in certain PvP activities during the week). When you have joined the queue, a benefit will appear showing your position in the queue.

When you are in queue, you can move around the war headquarters area a bit, but don't go too far or you could lose your place in the queue. However, that doesn't mean you can't watch Duelists in action. Speak to Malefic Priest Junda in Mugambala if you are Horde and Marine Seer Crystal if you are Alliance to watch the duels and witness all the carnage while you wait.
When it is your turn for battle, you will have to defeat three opponents in a row to get the "Duelist Top" achievement. Completing this achievement along with "The Duelist's Way" and "Thirty-Six Plus Two" will reward you with the achievement "Dueling Mastery" and the title of Contender.
You will be able to grant (and obtain) benefits to prepare for combat before starting the duel, but please note that the cooldowns will not reset with each opponent you face. When you win a duel, you only have a few moments before fighting the next opponent. After defeating three opponents, you will leave the dueling arena for the next contenders to take your place.
This is only the beginning of what we have planned, but we hope it is the beginning of something painful * that you will want to try immediately. The Duelist Guild provides allied players with the opportunity to hone their PvP skills, then venture out into the world and take down a common enemy… the other faction. See you in the duels!
