We have done two contests (Facebook y Twitter) in which the base was the luck of a normal contest. We have made the contest for comments on the History of Warcraft (although with its little problems). As I have already commented on several occasions, the contests will have different objectives to be able to distribute the keys well and will have different schedules for people who work at certain hours if they cannot participate in a contest they can participate in others. Now it's time for a contest for the most creative people with FIVE keys in play ...
Cataclysm Creative Song Contest!
Are you already nervous? Don't run yet and read the rules carefully. You have plenty of time.
When?
From now until Monday at 14:00 p.m. (peninsular time).
How?
Using all your creativity. You have to write a parody of a song changing the original lyrics for a funny lyrics about the coming Cataclysm. The song must be known and the lyrics have to be related to the theme and be apt (what is being apt? Read more frequently asked questions below). You must indicate which song you have made the parody of.
There are five keys at stake, four will be distributed by lottery among the songs that we have considered valid. And the last one for which we have chosen among all the members of GuíasWoW as the one with the most talent (she can be funny, dramatic...).
It is not mandatory to send us audio or video of the song, but we are sure that this way we will have a lot more fun, which is ultimately another goal of these contests. - What can make my song unsuitable?
First of all the language used, let's not forget that wow has a minimum age of 12 years and therefore people of those ages can see this page, so that will be the first thing to respect.
If it is a meaningless scramble for words, it must be understandable.
That it does not comply with the bases (and that they are simple), that is, that it is not based on a known song or that the lyrics have nothing to do with Cataclysm.
- What is considered a known song?
We understand that the web team does not have to know all the songs and that it may be a somewhat less famous song, or that has not been on the radio (for example, Avantasia does not come out in the 40s, but it has known songs) but the more known is surely will be funnier. On the other hand, the songs that the cousin of a friend who has a group do not serve me 😉
- In what language?
The language of the original song and the version can be any, as we did not notify it at the beginning of the contest and the first one that came to us was in English, but I would ask that if you have a few in mind, choose the one in Spanish. Well, some of us don't handle that language as well as Belelros.
- To sing it or not to sing it?
We do not force anyone to sing it or make any type of video, but really, you are not ashamed, sung they are much more fun.
