Character copy and class test available in the Legion Beta
With the arrival of the latest build to the Legion beta, the services of character copy y class test. With the character copy we can copy all the data of the characters that we have in our accounts from the official server to the Legion beta server and in this way use our characters with their professions, pets, mounts, toys, gold, etc ... in the beta .
The Class Test is a new service that will become available in Legion. With the class test we will access a tutorial of the class that we choose (magician, priest, warrior, etc.) to test it at level 100. This service is designed to help us decide in which class or classes we want to spend the immediate rise to level 100.
Copy a character to the beta
For the lucky owners of a Legion beta, it is now possible to copy your characters to the beta. This service will not be available indefinitely and surely will be deactivated at any time if the tests require it (even without prior notice) so it is advisable to copy all the data that you want to test while possible.
To make a copy is very simple, we just have to follow the following steps.
- Access the beta and enter one of the available servers.
- Click on the button «Copy characters", down left.
- Select your region in the drop-down, top left.
- Select the character you want to copy and press Copy. You can also use the Copy Data button to copy all the characters.
- And ... To test like crazy!
The copy of characters can take a long time, give it time and do not despair while they load the data of your region or the data is copied.
Class test
With the Legion class test we can create a character 100 level and access a tutorial where they will teach us the basic concepts and skills of the class. All classes will be available except the demon hunter since it starts at level 98 and already has a tutorial in its initial missions (remember that this service is designed to decide the rise to level 100).
Each class has a predefined specific specialization for the tutorial (except for the druid who has 2). By completing the tutorial we will access the Abrupt Islands and the initial missions of the artifact weapon, in this way we can test the selected class in action for a limited time. The specializations available for each class are:
- Warlock: Affliction.
- Death Knight: Unholy.
- Hunter: Beasts.
- Shaman: Elemental.
- Druid: Feral and Balance.
- Warrior: Weapons.
- Wizard: Frost.
- Monk: Windwalker.
- Paladin: Retribution.
- Rogue: Murder.
- Priest: Discipline.
During the class test we have the option of acquiring a token of rise to level 100 to use it with the character we are using, keeping everything we have done during the test.
In the beta we can test this service (the time the test lasts has been extended to test it quietly). To use the class test we have to:
- In the character selection menu, click on the button «Create a new character»Below the list of characters.
- In the character creation menu select «Class Test Level 100«Is at the top of the screen.
- Create a character to your liking, name it and that's it. You will start the tutorial when you connect with that character.
