We can upload images and videos to our wall, and even use the Facebook Streaming function to broadcast our games live.
Facebook Streaming, battle.net desktop news - Alpha Battle.net
Facebook and Blizzard have strengthened ties and have already started developing tools for all battle.net games. For now they can only be tested in the alpha from the battle.net desktop but in the future they will be available in the official client. The most prominent functions are the login with account of Facebook, the uploading of images and videos to the wall and the most powerful news; Facebook Streaming.
With the Facebook Streaming tool we can make live broadcasts of our battle.net games, that includes; World of Warcraft, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch, Starcraft, Hearthstone, and Diablo III.
In the battle.net desktop we will have available in the menu of Configuration a Streaming section to configure this tool. Within this section we can activate the function of Streaming, configure our microphone (volume and input device), keyboard shortcuts to start / end streaming or pause it, and even configure a webcam to use it during streaming (we can also select the size and position of the webcam image).
With the Facebook Straming option activated we will have a button next to the famous «Play» button called Stream. By pressing it we will start the streaming. Before starting to broadcast it will be necessary assign a name when streaming, activate or deactivate the microphone / camera and select to which part of our facebook we want to broadcast and the Privacy. By completing these steps everything will be ready and when we start the game we will start broadcasting.
During the broadcast it will be possible to watch our own streaming to check that everything works well, we will also have a window to end / pause the broadcast.
