- Some ancient items do not activate their effects.
- Transmogrifying items to look like Fangs of the Father (Golad, Twilight of the Aspects, and Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages) is not comfortable for players.
- Characters queuing separately cannot join the same room group.
- Sometimes an error appears when trying to enter a game.
- Players are not honored for participating, winning, or losing.
- When the game ends, players cannot leave the brawl.
- This feature uses the queuing system of the dungeon finder.

Auction house
The auction house can send more items in a card than are visible to the player.
Dungeons
Thunder Brewery: Ook-Ook dies so quickly that players are unable to earn the "Spin, Spin, Spin Non Stop" achievement.
Objects
Careers
Some old recipes are not listed in the correct category in the user interface.
Crowded islands
World
Players can be moved to a new room in the world while in combat, which may cause some progress to be reset.
