Blizzard just presentar the new World of Warcraft Community Site. The current version is a preview of what is to come. All current resources are will pierce to this new site, making it the central site.
Presumably wow-europe will cease to exist and / or redirect to this new website. There are still many things in development and when looking for a character in the new armory, for example, we can read something like:
