After unveiling the Shadowlands expansion at BlizzCon, you asked us a lot of questions regarding the release of the previously announced Visions of N'Zoth content update. For this reason, we want to tell you that Visions of N'Zoth and the gang (Ny'alotha, Awakening City) will be available early next year.
Visions of N'Zoth is progressing well in the PTR, and with your help we have been thoroughly testing the new content and working on new systems such as Corruption.
We want to be considerate of our players when releasing content during the holidays. Many guilds continue to progress in the Eternal Palace and it takes time to complete the raid and earn the "Innovator: Queen Azshara" and "Outstanding" achievements before the new raid opens. We always try to avoid releasing new levels of content during the holidays so that players are not in the position of choosing between progressing in the game and spending time with their family and friends. In addition, this way we ensure that we can have the entire staff to make live corrections or solve problems that may arise.
This will also give everyone more time to enjoy WoW's 15th Anniversary Event, which starts today. So you can complete the limited-time raids Memories of Azeroth and Revenge of Korrak without having to rush through the holidays.
