Eight of the most interesting villains in Warcraft history will battle it out to find out who is the most evil of them all in Evil March. You will decide who continues, who to eliminate and who will be the definitive champion among the villains in the votes that we will carry out throughout the week in Twitter y Facebook.

Before casting your vote, take a look at the entities that have reached the eight finalist positions.

Your votes will decide the results of each round. Stay tuned to @ Warcraft and our page of Facebook throughout this week to cast your vote in each confrontation. Your favorite may be victorious!

Totally normal warning: The evil types described above should not be considered to be comparable in terms of power, abilities, or villainy. A couple of them aren't even villains, and C'Thun isn't exactly a "guy." This event will be invalid where prohibited by law or in the Void; that is, everywhere. Let's face it: an ancient god and the Lich King clashing in combat won't do the environment very good. In short, have fun while choosing your favorites! You better not give it too many laps.

The Lich King (Scourge) - Icecrown Citadel

After the Third War, Arthas Menethil, the fallen prince of Lordaeron, was called to the Frozen Throne to fulfill his duties as a loyal Death Knight. When threatened by the forces of Illidan the Traitor, Arthas broke the ice that held his master, donned the helmet of the Lich King, and merged with him. Years later, the Alliance and the Horde finished off Arthas, but discovered that the Scourge, their vast army of undead, would always need a Lich King.

Illidan Stormrage (Illidari) - Black Temple

Fired by his thirst for power and his conviction that the Burning Legion must be destroyed at all costs, the night elf Illidan temporarily joined the Legion during the War of the Ancients. He studied demonic spells for a time, then rejoined the defenders of Azeroth and used his newfound knowledge to defeat the invaders. During the Third War, Tyrande released Illidan from thousands of years of imprisonment, hoping that The Traitor would help repel another invasion by the Burning Legion. Despite the fact that Illidan fought against the demons, he soon fell into darkness: after absorbing the energy of Gul'dan's demonic skull, Illidan was turned into a demon and, as a result, Malfurion banished him.

Kil'jaeden (Burning Legion) - Sunwell Plateau

kiljaeden

Seduced long ago by the promises of power of the dark titan Sargeras, the eredar demon lord Kil'jaeden leads the Burning Legion as demons ravage entire worlds with their deadly corruption. Their plans are evil: consume life and magic, draw all possible races into the ranks of the Legion, destroy those who resist, and eventually destroy all creation.

Deathwing (Dragons Aspects) - Dragon Soul

Deathwing was originally the black dragon Neltharion, leader of the Black Dragonflight and one of the five Aspect Dragons to whom the Titans entrusted dominion over the land. In an unfortunate twist of fate, the Titans had long ago locked the Old Gods, twisted beings full of evil, deep within Azeroth. Despite their captivity, such was the power of the old gods that they drove Neltharion mad, and he turned against the other Dragon Aspects. Deathwing unleashed the Second War by sabotaging the Alliance dressed as Daval Prestor, a human lord, and by helping the Horde enslave the Red Aspect Dragon, Alexstrasza. At the time he was defeated and eliminated, Deathwing's goal was nothing more and nothing less than the Hour of Twilight - the end of all life on Azeroth.

C'Thun (Old Gods) - Ahn'Qiraj

cthun-p2

The ancient god C'Thun is an entity of immeasurable evil, and his pervasive power has plagued Azeroth since time immemorial. C'Thun seized his freedom recently, having been imprisoned by the Titans deep within Azeroth long ago. The champions of the Alliance and the Horde did not want to wait for him to regain his strength and invaded the city-kingdom of Ahn'Qiraj, battling countless qiraji and silithids, before confronting and destroying the evil god. Still, it is unknown if this was the latest news from C'Thun in Azeroth.

Ragnaros (Elemental Lords) - Molten Core and Firelands

raggy

Until recently, the incredibly powerful Fire Lord commanded all fire elementals and had been responsible for the destruction of Thunderaan, the Prince of Wind. With the help of Sulfuras, a massive red elementium mace, Ragnaros attempted to burn the Nordrassil World Tree while Deathwing and the Twilight's Hammer attempted to unleash the Hour of Twilight.

Algalon the Watcher (Titans) - Ulduar

When the champions of the Alliance and the Horde finished off Loken, the corrupted titanic lookout, his death triggered an automatic safety mechanism and star Algalon the Observer was summoned to investigate. From the Celestial Planetarium of Ulduar, he possesses the power to activate the regeneration of the planet and trigger the end of all life on Azeroth.
