Surely you know that in Ulduar we can find a legendary mace for Healer that we can get by collecting 30 Fragments of Val'anyr of Ulduar bosses in heroic mode. This week, Snuggle me, a druid of Avant Garde (US-Kil'jaeden) has collected all the shards. We remember that Val'anyr can only be formed when Yogg-Saron casts Deafening roar and this ability is only used in hard mode (with a maximum of 3 lookouts assisting).
