Hello everyone, my name is Andrei Trucmel and I am the CEO and co-owner of Reload Esports, the new Esports organization that we announced today.
The two biggest passions in my life have always been video games and investing. What is this? Well, it is because Reload Esports was born precisely from the fusion of these two passions and the people that I have met in both facets of my life: the players of the Reload brotherhood, with whom I met and played in the past, and the friends that I have done in the financial world, who are also investors and entrepreneurs. Behind Reload Esports there is a group of capable professionals, with successful experiences in different fields, who understand and are passionate about Esports and content creation.
In short, the group of investors and partners of Reload Esports is a fusion of gamers, investors, entrepreneurs and professionals in the finance sector who share the same passion for Esports and content creation. Anyway, we really want you to get to know the team more over the next few weeks.
Personally, if something has surprised me negatively about Esports when following and studying the sector in recent years, it has been the passivity when it comes to betting on what is not fashion, the enormous obstacles that are usually imposed in favor of the organization and against the players or content creators, to see that a mostly short-term approach predominates, among many other things.
In Esports there is a preponderant theme that is to invest in developing only the competitive scenes of fashion games AND NOTHING ELSE. It may be that we are very stubborn and we like to go against the current, but we believe that IT IS TIME for someone to seriously bet on WoW and its community, especially the Spanish one. I am very excited to announce that the roster of the Spanish brotherhood Reload, Phobyac, Kyu and Lontar will become part of Reload Esports.
Our commitment is to professionalize the competitive ecosystem and the creation of content by providing good incentives through fair employment contracts, a sustainable business model, a long-term vision and a culture marked by meritocracy and responsibility.
