Q: What is WoW® Classic?
R: World of Warcraft Classic is a faithful recreation of WoW as it was in 2006. We have restored the game in all its aspects - from the combat mechanics and talent trees to the character models and the layout of the zones - to offer an experience of really authentic game. Q: When will it be available WoW Classic?
R: The game will be available Worldwide starting Monday, August 27 at 00:01 CEST.

P: Will I have to pay to access WoW Classic?
R: They will be able to access WoW Classic everyone who has active playtime or subscribes to World of Warcraft.
P: Will I be able to use WoW tokens in WoW Classic?
R: You will not be able to trade with WoW en WoW Classic, but do trade with them in World of Warcraft to buy game time.
Q: Will my computer be able to run WoW Classic?

R: You can access the game through the Battle.net desktop application.
- Open the Battle.net desktop application and select "World of Warcraft" in the side menu.

- Click on "Install". The progress bar will show you when it will be available to play.
- Once the installation is complete, click "Play".
Q: Will I be able to use my beta or trial characters? WoW Classic or a character you have played with in World of Warcraft in the past?
R: You will have to create a new character to play in WoW Classic.
P: How many characters can I create in WoW Classic?
R: You can create up to 10 characters in each kingdom of WoW Classic and up to 50 characters among all the kingdoms of your region. In PvP realms, you can only play in one faction (the Horde or the Alliance). Name reservations in WoW Classic are already available, so you can now create up to three characters with an account of WoW before the launch of WoW Classic.
P: What kingdoms are available?

Q: Will I be able to play all the content that was available in version 1.12 when it launches? WoW Classic?
R: We will add content from WoW Classic by means of six patches to allow the progression of power and offer an experience closer to that of the WoW original. We have not yet determined exactly when each content phase will take place, but we will inform you as the date approaches.

Q: Will there be battlefields between kingdoms?
R: Kingdoms Battlegrounds were implemented in version 1.12 and are important for matchmaking, so they will be available in WoW Classic when we implement the battlefields in content plan phase 3.
P: Which version of the Alterac Valley will be available in WoW Classic?
R: We will implement version 1.12 of the Alterac Valley in content plan phase 3.
P: Will there be an armory for WoW Classic?
R: There was no armory in World of Warcraft until expansion Burning Crusade. If someone wanted to see a player's equipment before inviting them into their party, they had to be near them and physically inspect it (and players from the other faction could not be inspected until 2.4). He also couldn't see his specialization or talent build when he inspected it. To maintain this dynamic, we will have neither armory nor profile pages for WoW Classic at its launch.
P: I have collected many mounts, pets, titles, toys, and transmog gear in World of Warcraft during all these years. Will I be able to use them in WoW Classic?
R: You will not be able to access the objects found in the "Collections" tab of World of Warcraft when you play WoW Classic.

R: Yes, as long as you play on the same account you created when you purchased the original WoW Collector's Edition code.
