In this video we are going to see the Paladin in his protection specialization; This tank branch is already pretty tight, so it essentially maintains the same gameplay, outlining a few aspects only. For example, sacred charges are one of them, moving to a style based on the cooldowns of the main skills, to be more in line with the current situation.
Protection Paladin Core Skills
- Hammer of the Righteous: Instant. Requires Melee Weapon. Hammer the current target for 42%. Physical damage, causing a wave of Light to hit all other targets within 8 yards for 24%. of Holy damage. Awards 1 p. of Sacred Power.
- Avenger's Shield: Instant. Requires Shields. Throw your shield at an enemy target, dealing (218.4% of Attack power) p. Holy damage, interrupts and silences the target for 3 sec and then jumps to 2 additional nearby enemies.
- Light of the Protector: Instant. Summons the Light to heal himself for 35% of his maximum health.
- Shield of the Righteous: Instant. Requires Shields. Instantly hits the target with your shield, dealing (200% of Attack power) p. Holy damage, reduces your damage taken by (25; Min 25, Max 80)% for 3 sec and causes Bastion of Glory.
- Consecration: Instant. Consecrates the ground beneath your feet, inflicting [(13.9% of Attack power) * 9] p. Holy damage for 9 sec to enemies entering the area.
- Red-hot defender: Instant. Reduces damage taken by 20% for 10 sec. While Burning Defender is active, the next attack that would cause your death heals you for 12% of your maximum health.
