Patch 3.3.5 - Assault on the Ruby Sanctum

It's official! This morning we discussed the Tom Chilton interview with Game Informer that possibly there would be a new raid in this expansion and it would be in the Ruby Sanctum. Now, Zarhym has wanted to confirm it.

The gang is totally related to Cataclysm!

As we prepare for the public testing phase of patch 3.3.3 with minor content, some players may encounter information on future content that is not yet available. To avoid any confusion, we would like to describe the exciting new raid dungeon that we are preparing for patch 3.3.5.

The Ruby Tabernacle

A powerful warrior group of the Black Dragonflight, led by the terrifying twilight dragon, Halion, has launched an assault on the Ruby Sanctum beneath the Dragon's Rest Temple. The Black Dragonflight seeks to destroy the sanctum, crush those who stand in the way of their master's reappearance on Azeroth, and ultimately lay waste to the Temple of the Dragon's Rest - the sacred bond that holds the dragon flights together.

The battle that is to come will surely be a blow of hard consequences to the Red Flight, however, it is in your power to stop this unprecedented offensive and defend the Ruby Sanctum. First, you must face Halion's servants, Burning Fury Saviana, Baltharus the Striker, and General Zarithrian before facing off against Halion the Twilight Destroyer, a deadly new force in this realm.

The Ruby Sanctum will feature 10- and 25-player content, Heroic difficulties, and new rewards! Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to its launch.

As we have more news, we will continue to publish.
