Here is a list of fixes to the server, related to the launch of the Patch 4.0.3a. Although many of them are already implemented in the realms, others may not be implemented until the servers are restarted again.
- Alterac Valley, Island of Conquest, and Beach of the Ancestors should no longer attempt to place players in a group of levels 80-84.
- Players should no longer disconnect from the realm when attempting to pick up an item from the mailbox that has been marked for deletion.
- The title "Champion of [guild-name]" can no longer be incorrectly awarded to players.
- The amount of gold received when converting Marks of Honor above the honor limit has been reduced to the previous amount.

- Classes
- Druids
- Damage dealt by the following abilities has been reduced by approximately 17%: Mangle (Bear), Bruise, Lacerate, Pulverize, Swipe (Bear), Thrash.
- Hunters
- It is no longer possible to summon a second pet when the active one is dead.
- Magi
- Arcane Focus will no longer trigger internal cooldown when it fails to trigger.
- Deep Freeze damage on stun immune items now correctly benefits from Frost Scorch, including when increased by Team Mastery Rating.
- Frostfire Orb now correctly triggers Ignition on critical hits.
- Pyroblast! Available on Hot Streak will no longer consume Free Cast time.
- When Scorch is cast by a mage with Rank 2 Enhanced Scorch, it will not consume Free Cast.
- Shatter now only increases the chance for Molten Armor's damage to be critical when the target is frozen, as intended.
- Paladins
- Glyph of Light of Dawn no longer incorrectly reduces Light of Dawn's healing.
- Priests
- Prayer of Healing is now properly healing all members of the target group unless they are more than 30 yards away.
- Distorted Faith no longer gives a 4% damage increase to Mind Flay when Shadow Word: Pain is active on a target.
- Rogues
- Poison now scales properly with Booming Poisons.
- Witches
- Soul Fire no longer consumes Empowered Imp and Soul Burn when active. It will consume Empowered Imp and leave Soulburn still active.
- Warriors
- Shield Slam damage has been reduced by approximately 28% at 15th level, with less, but still noticeable reduction at higher levels.
- Druids
- Missions
- The Fire Elemental Stepguard is now correctly registered on the minimap for the mission "Ice and Fire".
- Fishing journals have returned to Orgrimmar and Stormwind.
- Players now successfully reach their flight destination for the mission "Fuselight, Ho!"
- It is no longer possible to use all charges of Purified Moonwell Water in a single lighter for the quest "Quench the Flames of Protection"
- The Tauren quest "Heeding the Call" has been removed from the game and is no longer offered to players incorrectly.
