New version of patch 3.3.3 (11599)

A new version of the Patch 3.3.3 to the Public Test Realms and has come with several changes.

Looks like Patch 3.3.3 has kicked in with this class balancing thing and made tweaks to a bunch of classes. Overall, it has been a positive change and there are no "nerfs." On the other hand, it has been included in the notes of Patch 3.3.3 what we explained about the new event boss mechanic.

Dungeons and Raids

  • World Event Managers
    • The heads of holiday events (such as ahune of the solstice festival) will be accessible through the Dungeon Finder.
    • Players will need to use the Dungeon Finder or speak to a special event NPC in the world to queue up and access bosses.
    • After accepting the queue for a vacation boss, the party will be teleported directly to the area needed to confront the boss.
    • The previous invocation criteria have been removed. Players can queue up and battle each of these bosses as many times as they like to get whatever loot they can drop.
    • All rare holiday objects (such as Reins of the Headless Horseman) will have a chance to be found in a special loot that will drop once for each player in the party, no more than once per day, similar to the daily Random Dungeon quest which grants a specific reward the first time it is completed in one day.

Death Knight

  • Ice Chains: Skill now innately applies Frost Fever to a target.
  • Talents
    • Frost
      • Icy claws: The personal haste buff granted by this talent is no longer exclusive to other sources of melee haste. This allows Death Knights to hit 4/6/12/16/20% faster when Frost Rush is applied. Windfury Totem and Improved Frozen Claws party / raid component still do not stack.
    • Profane
      • Unholy blight: In addition to its previous effect, this talent now prevents diseases from being dispelled from victims affected by Unholy Blight.

Druid

  • Work with Nature: Now has 3 charges instead of 1.
  • Talents
    • Equilibrio
      • Starfall: The damage dealt by this spell has been significantly increased.
      • Typhoon: Mana cost reduced to 25% instead of 32%.

Hunter

  • Talents
    • Beasts
      • Fierce inspiration: This ability is now an aura and deals 1/2/3% increased damage to the entire party or raid within 100 yards and increases Steady Shot damage by 3/6/9%.

Wizard

  • Talents
    • Fuego
      • Combustion: The cooldown of this spell is now 2 minutes instead of 3 minutes.

Rogue

  • Talents
    • Subtlety
      • Slaughter from the Shadows: Now adds a 1/2/3/4/5% increase to the damage of all attacks and reduces the energy cost of Stab y Ambush on 4/8/12/16/20, instead of 3/6/9/12/15.
      • Stalking: The effect of this talent can now be caused by Stab plus Ambush and can be triggered by all attacks from these abilities instead of just critical hits but the slow component is now 50% instead of 70%.

Sorcerer

  • Life transfusion: This spell does not scale with spirit and it will scale with Spell Power.

Guerrero

  • Talents
    • Protection
      • Vitality: Now increases Stamina by 3/6/9%, up from 2/4/6%. Strength and Expertise benefits have not changed.
