New version of patch 3.3 (10676)

Patch 3.3 has been updated in the Public Test Realms with version 10676. Here are the changes made to the patch notes:

General

  • Character Creation: The descriptions of races, classes and race / class combinations have been improved to give more information to new players with a better idea of the roles and advantages of each class and race.
  • Refusals will no longer dismount players. If they are on a flying mount, you will be pushed back a short distance before being able to fly again.

Druid
Equilibrio

Feral

  • Predatory strikes: The Predatory Swiftness buff from this talent now lasts for 5 seconds.

Restaurants

  • Gift of Mother Earth: Redesigned. This talent increases haste and reduces global cooldown by 2/4/6/8/10% instead of its previous effect.

Wizard

Paladin
Protection

  • Divine sacrifice: Redesigned. The Divine Sacrifice effect only affects the party, and the maximum damage that can be transferred is limited to 40% of the paladin's health multiplied by the number of raid members. Also, the bug that allowed Divine Sacrifice to persist regardless of whether it reached maximum damage has been fixed. Divine Sacrifice will now cancel as soon as it reaches maximum damage value in all cases. Finally, damage that reduces the Paladin's health below 20% cancels the effect.

Rogue

  • Vanish: During the first half second after using this ability, neither Vanish nor Stealth can be broken by taking damage or being the victim of hostile spells or abilities. (Reversed change)

User interface

  • Many of the default Interface options have been changed for better use by new players. Existing players creating new characters may want to review the Interface Options keeping in mind that the default options are different.
  • Benefits and Harms: New section added to the Interface options.
  • New option - Debuffs thrown: By activating this option, you will only see the debuffs that you have thrown at a target enemy.
  • New option - Consolidate benefits: By activating this, a benefit grouping box will appear next to the minimap. Very short benefits (Replenishment) and very long benefits (Prayer of Fortitude) are filtered in the box. The icons are stacked there but can be seen by moving the cursor over the box. Long benefits will come out of the box when they are about to expire. Important buffs like Art of War, Heroism, Combustion, or limited in areas (totems and paladin auras) will always be displayed.
  • Tutorial System: Tutorial pop-ups are larger, contain images, and attempt to direct the player to relevant places or important interface elements on the screen. Additionally, new tips have been added and existing tips should appear at more suitable times for new players.
  • Dungeon and Raid Difficulty: An icon will be displayed on the minimap to set the difficulty of the dungeon or raid.
  • Party Disenchantment Option: In addition to Necessity or Greed on items, players have the option to choose for an item to be disenchanted. "Disenchant" works exactly the same as "Greed" except if a player wins the roll for "Greed", they will receive the disenchanted materials instead of the item. Players who choose "Necessity" will always win the item and will be above "Greed" or "Disenchant".
  • Latency Reports: Players can now report high latencies or lag by accessing the help menu.

Careers
Fishing

  • The new Kalu'ak Fishing Competition - a test of fishing skill and a little luck - has arrived in Northrend! Every Wednesday at 8pm, players can try to catch the elusive Black-spotted Shark. The Gladewater Ancestor waits in Dalaran for an hour awaiting the return of the fastest and most experienced fisherman with the Shark. The champion will be rewarded for bringing the first catch. Those who are not the first will receive a lesser reward. Remora Pígmea is said to be the favorite food of Sharks. Maybe a hook with these removers will do a trick.

Achievements

  • The "Party's Over" achievement has been removed from Achievements and is not part of the Hero's Glory meta-achievement.
  • Stranglethorn Master Angler has been changed to Azeroth Master Angler and can be achieved by winning the Kalu'ak Fishing Contest or the Booty Bay Fishing Contest.

items

  • Arena Set Bonuses: The 2-piece bonuses for all Wrath of the Lich King sets grant 100 Resilience and 29 Spell Power or 50 Attack Power. The current 4-piece bonus remains, although it also grants 88 spell power or 150 attack power.
  • Shaman Tier 9 - 4 Piece Bonus (Elemental): This bonus grants damage over time when Lava Lash deals damage instead of increasing the hit with Lava Lash.
