If you are one of those who have several alters in the same brotherhood, you may be wondering ... Why should my alters raise reputation if they are in the same brotherhood as my main character?
Although this is not resolved as you think, in Patch 4.1, Blizzard adds some nifty tabards: Illustrious Brotherhood Tabard y Renowned Guild Tabard.
Illustrious tabard costs 125 and it can be acquired the moment you are friendly with your brotherhood. The tabard of Renowned on the other hand, costs 250 and can be acquired once you are Honorable with your brotherhood.
These Tabards are account bound so you can send them to your other characters so they can easily gain reputation with the guild.
