After each patch (especially if it is a content patch) a series of changes usually appear that have not been included in the Patch notes. Although there were some changes that we already collected in the Great Guide to Patch 3.3, Proenix on the official World of Warcraft forums, you have collected them in this thread.
I find it very interesting because it also clarifies the doubts about the battered grip that starts the chain of missions to obtain Quel'dalar or his other weapons.
Another issue that causes strangeness is the issue of reputations in dungeons without having a tabard, which is also specified.

Dungeons and Raids
A new emblem has been added, Frost Emblem, and it is reward:
- For completing heroic dungeons of WotLK for using the Dungeon Finder once a day. (2 Frost Emblems)
- For completing the weekly raid missions. (5 Emblems of Triumph and 5 of Frost)
- From the chiefs of Icecrown Citadel.
When you form a group using the new group search tool for dungeons from patch 3.3.0, the whole group will receive the benefit: "Lucky Draw" (increases healing, damage and health by 5%)
When a group completes a random dungeon with the Dungeon Finder, they will receive a notification with rewards at the end of the dungeon through a window similar to the achievement window.
Player vs. Player
The grouping of levels in Alterac Valley reverts to levels 51-60.
User interface
The loading screens for the main areas (Kalimdor, Outland, etc) have been updated to support widescreen resolutions.
The micro menu has had a few minor changes:
- The Talents button is now visible on characters below level 10
- The Talents, Achievements and PvP button are now disabled until level 10 and the Party Search button until level 15.
Creature names can be activated or not, regardless of whether they are NPCs or vermin.
Team Manager:
- Any piece of equipment included in a set will now be displayed in the information window
- If the player wants to equip an incomplete set of items, it will show which equipment slots are missing, as well as the number of items that are missing.
The smaller version of the world map can now be moved, but is initially locked. It can be unlocked by going to Interface> Objectives> Movable World Map.
The backgrounds on some character creation screens have been added a haze to improve the contrast between the character and the screen background. It can be seen in Stormwind and Ironforge for Humans, Dwarves, and Gnomes.
In the Events Calendar when configuring the status of an invitation there will be a new option called Provisional that will color the entry yellow.
Loot window now opens by default in mouse position.
Items can now be linked in channels other than trade.
Dungeons in the Party Search Tool will now appear with a range of levels and a color indicating their difficulty.
When you complete a mission under the objectives, the name of the NPC and the place where you must deliver the mission will be displayed.
If the mission consists of multiple parts and you have completed one of them, that part will not be shown under the objectives.
The goal frame is smaller now. The number of creatures you must kill or the number of items you must collect during a specific mission will now be displayed at the beginning of the line and not at the end.
Mission tracking is saved after disconnecting.
At the bottom of the mission log when accepting a new mission, the experience gained in the mission will be displayed.
Selecting an NPC that is out of range will now display the following error message: "You have to be closer to that character to interact with him."
World Environment
- The wolves near Northtown Abbey have been affected by a disease.
- Different creatures in Teldrassil and Dun Morogh that had the same pattern now have different patterns more distinguishable from each other.
- The main gate to Icecrown Citadel is now open and leads to a raid dungeon portal.
Bowels has undergone many changes:
- The Undercity Guardians have been replaced by orc Kor'Kron Overseers.
- There is a new NPC in the Apothecarium, Overseer Kraggosh.
- There are new NPCs in the Royal Quarter, Bragor Bloodfist , replacing Varimathras and Aleric Hawkins .
- There are 2 new roaming NPCs, Dark Ranger Anya and Dark Ranger Clea.
A Horde Warbringer and an Alliance Brigadier General have been added to the Hall of Legends (Orgrimmar) and the Hall of Champions (Stormwind) respectively.
You can now use mounts in the Temple of the Dragon's Rest in the Dragonblight
You can now use mounts in the Wells of Vision in Thunder Bluff.
2 new flight routes have been added:
- The Bulwark, Tirisfal Glades (Horde)
- Thondroril River, Western Plaguelands (Alliance)
Jaina Valiente now has a unique visual model.
The Bleeding Hollow Necrolyte in Hellfire Peninsula appears to have lost the skeletons that followed them.
Upon entering Brunnhildar Village in the Forlon Mine, you will now receive a new buff icon: "Bargain of Lok'lira" if you have completed the main Sons of Hodir quest chain that will transform you into a female vrykul.
The surroundings of the Argent Tournament have been reinforced with new towers.
Missions
The Mission: Wolves Cross the Border has undergone some change. Now ask to collect 8 sick wolf skins.
The mission: Take Kraken! of the Argent Tournament now only asks to throw 6 harpoons at the Kraken instead of 8 as before and kill only 3 kvaldir mages on the ship instead of 6.
Hot & Cold now requires collecting 6 Frozen Iron Shard instead of 5, plus Essences of Ice have a 100% drop chance from Fragile Revenants.
Using the jumprobot in King of the Mountain will not de-transform the player.
Achievements
- Looking for more: Use the dungeon tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 10 random players in total.
- Seeking Many: Use the dungeon tool to finish random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 50 random players in total. Reward: Title:

Timewind Forecasts and Proof of Death are now Feats of Strength.

Tailoring
- Flying Carpet: The skill required to learn this recipe has been reduced to 300 from 410. The cost of materials has also been reduced.
Fishing
- There will no longer be the possibility of fishing garbage in the schools of fish

- Grand Master Chef is now easier to reach at high levels; recipes that appeared green at level 440+ will now appear yellow.

- Equipping an Argent Spear while wielding 2 2-handed weapons (via the Titan Hilt) will now correctly unequip both weapons before equipping the spear.
Reputation:
Now, when conducting Northrend dungeons whether normal or heroic without a tabard, they give the possibility of raising reputations with more factions and not only with the Vanguard of the Alliance / Expedition of the Horde. For example, I am currently raising my reputation with the League of Explorers in this way.
