Patch 9742 Update 3.1

A new update for Patch 3.1 has arrived in the Public Test Realms. Specifically 9742. It is a minor update with few changes.

Achievements

Dungeons and Raids

• The glory of the assailant no longer grants a Plagued Proto-Drake.
• Heroic: Glory of the Raider no longer gives away a Black Proto-Drake.

Dungeons and Raids - Ulduar

• Never Stand Near the Faceless Dude has been removed from the game.
• Heroic: Never Stand Near the Faceless Dude has been removed from the game.
• observed now grant the Degree: starcaller
• Herald of the titans * New * - Defeat Algalon the Observer on Normal Difficulty without anyone in the raid carrying an item higher than level 226. Reward title: Herald of the Titans
• Heroic: Observed now grant the Title: The astral walker

Cooking

• cooking with style - Get a Chef hat.

Feats of Strength

• Deadly gladiator - Mortal Gladiator title.

Death Knight
Blood

• The range of Blood Boil has been reduced from 20 meters to 10 meters.
• Will of the Necropolis can now not trigger on damage dealing less than 5% of your health.

Frost

• White frost now only Ravage can cause the next Howling Blast to not consume rune instead of Icy Touch.

Profane

• The damage of Lethal blow has been increased and now deals 75% of weapon damage (was 60%) plus 222,75 / was 178,4) at max range.
• Anti-Magic Shell now absorbs damage dealt by spells up to a maximum of 100% of the Death Knight's health. (Before it was 50%)
• Summon Gargoyle now lasts 40 seconds (Before 1 minute)
• Ghoul frenzy now increases your pet's haste by 25% for 30 seconds (up from 15 seconds) and heals it for 60% (up from 30%) of its health for the duration of the effect.



Druid
Equilibrio

• Moon Owl Shape now costs 13% of base mana. (Before it was 22%)

Feral

• Tear and break now increases the chance to critically strike with Ferocious Bite on all bleeding targets by 5/10/15/20/25%. (Before it was 10/20/30/40/50%)
• Primal Tenacity now reduces the duration of fear effects and damage taken while stunned when in cat form alone.



Priest
Shades

• Psychic Horror now causes the target to drop their primary weapon and ranged weapons for 10 seconds. (Before I dropped all the weapons)



Sorcerer

• The information of Eternal Affliction has been fixed to remove Life Drain.

Glyphs

Death Knight

• Glyph of Heart Strike - Your strike to the heart also reduces your target's movement speed by 50% for 10 seconds. (Before it was 5 seconds)
