Aloha! In this first look at the artifact of the restoration shaman, Caduceus of Azshara, we will see all its traits and characteristics known so far in the Alpha of Legion.
Caduceus of Azshara
Caduceus of Azshara has a passive effect with a chance to activate like all artifacts.
Power of the Waves: Your healing spells have a chance to activate Power of the Waves. Power of the waves travels towards an ally who was injured for more than 3 seconds. When it reaches it, it explodes, healing all allies (300% spell power) within 5 yards.
Traits
The first trait we will learn will be the initial trait, marked with a gold circle. This initial trait is always an active ability.
Like the rest of the artifacts, we have 12 minor traits and 3 elite traits.

gift: Consume Healing Rain, healing all allies within its area (400% spell power).
Minor features
- tidal: Increases the Tidal Waves effect by 30%.
- seas: Increases Riptide's healing and periodic healing by 10%. Increases the damage and periodic damage of your Shock spells by 60%.
- empowered: Increases the critical strike chance of Healing Rain by 10%.
- lord: Increases the healing of Healing Wave and Healing Surge by 10%. Increases the damage dealt by Lightning Bolt by 10%.
- tidal: Interrupting a spell with Wind Shear will also cast Lightning Bolt towards the target. Increases Lightning Bolt's damage by 50%.
- ghost: Reduces damage taken from Ghost Wolf by 3%. This effect stacks every 1 second up to 6 times.
- sense: Your heals during Heroism / Bloodlust are increased by 50%.
- wave: Increases the healing speed of your Healing Stream Totem by 29,8701%.
- caresses: Casting Healing Stream Totem grants you 10% damage reduction for 10 sec.
- chains: Increases the critical strike chance of Chain Heal and Chain Lightning by 10%.
- queen: Resurgence reduces the cast time of your next cure by 15%.
- serving: After reincarnating, reduce all damage taken by 80% for 15 sec.
Elite traits
- tidal: Riptide has a chance to drop a Tidal Totem under the target. Tidal Totem heals (0% spell power) until canceled.
- cumulative: Every time Healing Tide heals an ally, the ally gains an additional 10% Healing Tide healing. This effect is cumulative.
- decree: Healing Stream Totem is empowered by the Queen's Decree. Queen's Decree applies an extra heal on targets healed by Healing Stream.
