Artifact Weapons: Warlock
Only the most seasoned veterans of Azeroth possess the strength to wield legendary artifacts against the Burning Legion. Your weapon forged in myth increases in power as you do, and your decisions will modify its abilities and its appearance, its sounds and its handling in combat. Model your artifact to be the perfect battle instrument, and guide your faction in such a critical situation.
Affliction - Ulthalesh, the Harvester of Death
Satiel, the first necrolyte of Azeroth, received this scythe from Sargeras. Ulthalesh's power increases as she absorbs the souls of her victims. The Harvester earned its name as Satiel drained the lives of the inhabitants of Death Pass, creating a powerful magical nexus there. After locating Satiel, Tirisfal's guardian turned the scythe against her and sent her soul alongside those of her victims. Eventually, the dark horsemen recovered the weapon and hid it under Karazhan's tower.
Demonology - Skull of the Man'ari
Before the eredar served the Titan Sargeras, one of their leaders, Thal'kiel, had a unique ability for summoning and binding magic. Driven by ambition, he peered into the Void and discovered dark creatures such as the eredar had never seen. His gain of power enraged Archimonde, who finished him off and had his skull gilded and displayed as a warning. Now used by Dreadlord Mephistroth to enhance his ability to summon and control demon armies for the Legion.
Destruction - Scepter of Sargeras
Created with the incredible effort of hundreds of servants of Sargeras, this scepter can open dimensional gates between worlds. It was buried under the sea for centuries until Ner'zhul used it to open the portals that tore apart the world of Draenor, leaving the shattered kingdom of Outland behind. Finally, the elite mages of the Kirin Tor seized him. Unable to destroy it, they hid it in a chamber protected with magic and under eternal surveillance so that it would never be used again.
