New spells of the priest

Heal (available at level 3): Although the priest currently has a spell called Heal, it becomes obsolete at advanced levels and is something we want to change for Cataclysm. The “new” Heal spell, which we will incorporate into the early priest levels, will work similarly to how the lower-ranked version of Superior Heal worked and will add more options to your arsenal of direct healing spells. If they need to heal someone for a moderate amount and they need to be efficient (which makes the Flash Heal spell unsuitable for that), Heal will be the ideal spell. Heal is intended to be the priest's preferred direct healing spell, unless they need a more powerful heal (Greater Heal) or faster healings (Flash Heal). We are going to use a similar philosophy with the other healing classes.

Mind Spike (level 81): Deals Shadow Frost damage and applies an effect to the target that increases the damage of subsequent Mind Spikes. The purpose of Mind Spike is to fill a gap in Shadow DPS, however it can also be used occasionally by healers. Mind Spike will deal roughly the same amount of damage as Mind Flay on a target that has the effect of Shadow Word: Pain; The idea behind this effect is that when they cast Mind Spike, we expect them to cast a lot of them; we do not intend for you to incorporate it into a full Shadow rotation.
